Two important details with this 5-star review:

The estimate was literally in the middle of the "it will cost between X" amount! I don't think I've ever had an estimate so on the nose.

Secondly, the technician they sent, Wesley was communicative, polite, professional, and most importantly to me, he explained things clearly - from bringing our installation up to code, to showing me the how-to of my water heater.

I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only!

Lucas was very professional, patient and informative with us during the whole process.

We needed our heater replaced, and Lucas showed up exactly on time and was awesome. He replaced our heater quickly and also gave us a very clear rundown on regular maintenance and care.

Lucas arrived on time and performed the water heater replacement quickly and efficiently. He explained everything, and he was very pleasant and down to earth. I was also very impressed by the responsiveness of Water Heaters Only - I called late Friday, and my water heater was in by mid-afternoon Saturday.

Lucas from Water Heaters Only called me about 20 minutes before arriving and well with in the time window given. He arrived on time, explained what steps he would follow and asked if I had any questions. He started in and kept busy the entire time. When he finished he reviewed, lighting process, draining as need and how to adjust the temperature. He then asked if he needed to explain anything else again or if I had any questions.
I felt very comfortable through the whole process. I would recommend Lucas and Water Heaters Only to anyone needing Water Heater repair or replacement.

All I have to say, having a busted WaterHeater on a Holiday Weekend is NO FUN! Not that Water Heaters Only made it Fun, but…they sent out the best! Thanks to Chrys Z.for your patience and attention to details! 👏 Appreciate the great job!!

Lucas is totally awesome with quality and professional work!! Saved our Christmas as our water neater blew out on Christmas Eve!! Wow I was totally stressed but he showed up within an hour and changed out our water heater no problem. We're back in business and are very happy with the whole experience, thanks!!!

Came back from vacation only to discover the 10-year old water broke. Lucas showed up on time, and is professional . Because the way in which the tract builder constructed the space for the water heater, and the A/C next to it, I needed someone who explained how he was to go about installing the new one. That's important to me. And, I liked that the new 40-gallon unit is made in the Michigan, not over seas. I have no problems recommending Water Heaters Only.

Water Heaters Only did a great job with competitive pricing and scheduling a timely installation. Our job required the installation of a standard 50 gal tank and a huge 100 gal tank in a very tight environment. Wesley and Lucas did a very professional job and were creative in solving site problems with the installation. Don't hesitate to contact these folks with your water heater needs.

I returned home on 24 April 2024 to see water draining from my garage. My water heater had busted open. I called the repair name on my heater (Water Heater Specialists). They assigned David to the repair, and he made it to my home very quickly. He assessed the status and ordered a replacement. His knowledge and his care was greatly appreciated. And we were able to talk about the work and or hometowns to make it feel as if a good friend had come to replace my water heater. It was a bad day made great by David's work, skill and speed in replacing the broken Heater. Thank you David. Tom I
