Eric and his team at Steadfast Construction are true professionals, and he made the impossible possible right nick of time before we welcomed a new baby into our family.

Once the bid was solidified, Eric and his team were very responsive, on time, and accommodated all last-minute requests I added to the project's scope with great precision. When we hit a setback, the issue was quickly addressed, and everything continued as planned.

I can't thank Eric and his team enough for helping complete our project and bringing us one step closer to converting our garage to office space.

We contracted Steadfast construction to do dry rot repairs on our home which was being sold. Despite a difficult pest inspector that insisted more work kept needing to be done than originally planned, SC accommodated a very tight timeline schedule. Their carpenters were creative, talented and their work highly professional. This is the second time we used them. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for a general contractor they can trust to do a great job

A wonderful experience working with Steadfast. Professional, work very neat, great teams. Rich Jones, Operations Manager is very attentive & a gentleman to work with. Team #1 Pablo & Guillermo did a great job on my ceiling from water damage! They were friendly & courteous and delivered great workmanship! The large ceiling repair is now complete with Team#2 doing a beautiful seamless job of drywall & painting. Again, great workmanship! They worked very neat & a delight to work with! Thank you all!

I had water damage in my condo unit due to a leak in the unit above. New washer and dryer machines were incorrectly installed. Eric and the team at Steadfast got to work extremely quickly and kept me informed of repairs regularly (Calls, texts, pictures/videos of progress) They even gave me a heads up on some of the obstacles I would have with my insurance. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

I recently had multiple plumbing issues in my unit, and our HOA had Steadfast come in and take care of the drywall removal and repair. I was extremely pleased with the whole team: Rich, Brian, Hiram, Chris, and Daniel. The repair work was of excellent quality and everyone tried their best to make the process as painless for me as possible. They did have to reschedule at the last minute one time, but there was always clear and honest communication, and I truly feel that they have gone above and beyond in every way. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation.

Eric and his team at Steadfast were amazing! They worked closely with us to give us the fresh kitchen we were looking for. Their crew is friendly, professional, and very efficient. We are very happy with Steadfast Construction and our kitchen.

I would highly recommend Steadfast Construction. They helped me restore my residence after my roof leaked and there was significant water damage on the inside my house.

They were responsive, punctual, clean, and they did everything they said they would do. They came out and provided a free estimate for the work and when I hired them, they didn't charge me a penny more.

If you need any work done on your house, don't hesitate to call these guys. They are a well oiled machine and their staff is knowledgeable and professional.

We had a hot water pipe leak in our kitchen, with water soaking our ceiling and two adjacent walls. Steadfast quickly cut open our ceiling and removed cabinets and tiles of both wall, to dry out so we can reconstruct our kitchen back.
The team is friendly and efficient, and respectful of our home.

Team been working to restore our kitchen, various cabinets been rebuilt and installed, new tiles floor laid today. Very good workmanships. Thanks!

Latest update-
After over three months, our kitchen restoration is finally completed. Time for drying out the walls and ceiling, rebuilding and installing half of our cabinets, new tiles and floors, reinstalling the dish washer, all work completed. The crews were all professional and friendly, only issue is their schedule is tight, as they have many projects, so patience is important. Addison who is main contact and scheduling, is very responsive.

We finally have our kitchen back, and the leak gave us a chance to upgrade the floor and walls, with a much more modern look,

We are very happy with the work from Steadfast Construction Services. From beginning to end, they were professional and considerate. Addison, in the office, is very efficient and responds quickly which makes it for a happy and satisfied experience. We give them a 5-star rating!

Steadfast is THE BEST!!!! A different construction company was doing repairs outside my condo and broke my sliding glass door! They did an unsatisfactory temporary repair leaving my home unsecured. The HOA called Steadfast after I got home from work and discovered the problem. Steadfast came through with a late evening emergency repair making my home safe again. The guys were really nice. I really appreciate them coming out so that I may sleep safely. Thanks Steadfast so very much!!!!

Very professional work done at my home. Prep work done prior to sealing and painting using protective plastic on floors, wall. Cleaned up very well after work was done

My HOA called Steadfast. Came out immediately in the rain. My ceiling was leaking from roof. Addison very communitive by tex which I appreciate Cesar Fernarndo. Guillermo all professionals on time. Kind communitive they work well as a team. Very clean job site. So happy it is them on my job

Excellent Service. Eric and Addison are very attentive and understand the needs of customers. We were referred by our HOA and Steadfast and their employees have been excellent in their skill set. Uniquely their workers are multi skilled which helps expedite the work immensely.

Marcus, Eric and the entire Steadfast Construction team was great to work with. They offered a lot of experience, and they knew what they were doing. They were courteous and professional in how they all worked together as one team. They were also good at communicating progress and answering our questions. This was the first time we used Steadfast Construction, and we will gladly invite them back for future projects.

I've been fortunate to have Steadfast work on my ceiling rebuild. They have different teams coming over to do heavy lifting work or just check and monitor. Their manager Addison has been clear in communication and easy to find and talk to, and also quick to reply, so that i can always stay on top of things. Their construction team is really professional, always show up on time, took good care of my house (always on shoe cover, get plastic to cover my furniture and carpet etc.), get the work done and help to clean up afterwards as well. Awesome company and awesome people!

I am most grateful for Steadfast Construction Services! I was in a bit of a panic when our house sprung a leak in the attic causing water damage in the walls of one room upstairs and all the way downstairs to our bathroom and wooden floors. Everyone at this company has been so helpful and professional-Marcus, Eric, Addison, Walter and Guillermo. Marcus sent Walter out that Sunday to mark the wet areas, set out fans and start the drying areas. Guillermo came over to open up the walls to dry everything out. He was very professional and kept the area he worked on very neat and contained. I appreciate Eric working with our insurance company and I know that they will help restore our house. They have helped make a difficult situation easier to handle. I highly recommend Steadfast!

Steadfast has been such a pleasure to work with. There are not enough words to express how thankful I am to have found Steadfast Construction Services! I was recommended to them by a former colleague and I am so glad I hired them. From the day I called they immediately called back, came out within a day to assess and quote and began working diligently to ensure work was completed before I hosted 35 people for Christmas Eve. Their pricing was fair, quality of work by the team, especially Noel who did the majority of the job, was outstanding and they worked with me on payments due to current circumstances. Eric checked in on the project and at the end ensured I was satisfied. Five stars and I highly recommend!
