Bernie Fireplace Services replaced our entire fireplace system including firebox, flue, chimney cap and flashing, for a reasonable price. They are a truly professional team and an absolute pleasure to work with, friendly, honest, knowledgeable and delivered exactly what they promised on time and with no mess. We highly recommend them!

They do an absolutely amazing job! They are incredibly knowledgeable and the install was easy! They double checked there were no leaks, showed us how to adjust the logs and register them, and answered all my questions on long term maintenance. Will definitely be using again!

I have never used Burnie fireplace services but I can tell you that they are one of the most honest businesses that I've ever called in my life. We recently had smokers move in next to us and we have a gas fireplace and I called to ask if they could have somebody repair it so smoke would not come in.

The lady that answered the phone was unbelievably helpful and rather than sending a tech out to investigate and charging us, she talked it out with me and explained exactly what I needed to do for my individual situation. BAM! No more smoke coming in through the fireplace.

I was very impressed and very happy with their honesty and I would say, if you're looking for a fireplace repair service there is no better place to look than someone who is upfront and honest.

The reason that I called them in the first place is because they had the highest review scores so they appear to do the best work possible and they are honest on top of that!

I needed some major work done on my fireplace with not much notice. The team at Burnie's was super-responsive. They came out to see it and gave us a quote very quickly. They were able to explain the process thoroughly and and they actually called their team in on a Saturday to start our job. That wound up being just days after we first contacted them, so I couldn't have been happier.
