They responded quickly, and came to our home right away, within 45 minutes of contacting me. We had a clogged kitchen sink and life at home stops when you can use the kitchen. They used two different sized machines to clear the clog, were courteous and knowledgeable. They quoted a really reasonable price and honored that price after spending 1.5 hours at our house. I would highly recommend them and I am putting them on our "preferred vendor list" for plumbers.

One night, we discovered that our kitchen sink had a major clog in our main drain above and below the cleanout plug. Our kitchen sink was completely unusable. We called AiRight the next morning, and Joseph came over in 45 minutes. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He completely unclogged our drain and gave us tips how to prevent it from clogging again. The cost was very reasonable, too. I couldn't be happier with how quick and reasonably priced their service was, and I'll definitely call AiRight for plumbing issues in the future.

We had Adrian come in to install a Rheem hybrid water heater. Absolutely knew what he was doing and did a great job. On time and excellent communication. 5/7 would recommend.

My hot water wasn't working. He showed up promptly and was very knowledgeable. I'm not sure what he did but he tinkered around with my water heater for a few minutes and the hot water started working again! The price was fair and I would recommend AiRight to anyone!

Quick responding, contacted Rheem before I did, walked me through the Home Depot/Rheem warranty process. The techs basically escorted me through the store when we picking up the replacement water heater and extra parts. Not only Terry was great, but the techs were also. Adrian and Gustavo were able to quickly come to my home, diagnose the problem, and fix it the next morning despite it being on a Saturday. They even fixed some fittings and flushed my water heater outside the scope of the repair.

Airight is a great company. They came out and put a awesome new water heater in and also redid myair conditioning ...brand new heat pumps on both. This is the team to use. I shopped around and they gave me the best price. Use them. Good customer service and prompt and courteous.

Carl came out to do seasonal maintenance on our AC unit. I didn’t even know where our unit and filter was as we had recently moved here, but he said not to worry and he would find it all. Fantastic response and communication. Our water heater stopped heating late in the evening. When we called, Terry scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning. He proactively contacted the water heater company and had the part shipped overnight. I will definitely save this company's information for the future.

I was referred to Terry, the owner, by Ariane Paris, owner of Ethical H20(an excellent water filtration company) with a clogged kitchen drain so our sink was unusable.  It needed to be unclogged and the under-sink plumbing was very convoluted with 2 p-traps and an unnecessary Y in the PVC piping.  I spoke to Terry around 3 PM, and Luis, the plumber, was at our home by 6 PM.  Luis unclogged the drain and made the kitchen usable.  Luis returned the next morning to do the re-piping of the PVC under the sink.  See photos below. After Luis finished the re-piping, I discovered a small leak in our guest shower, and we were expecting a guest in a few days.  I got the part information about the valve, sent it to Terry and Luis was back the next day to change the balancing valve.  Terry was exceptionally responsive, professional, worked seamlessly with Luis, the plumber, and very fair in his charges. Luis, the plumber, was technically excellent, pleasant and took pride in his work. I highly recommend Airight Plumbing and have no hesitation in giving this outfit a 5-star rating.

My AC stopped blowing out cold air. I had another big company come out to take a look they spent 1 hour doing diagnostics and charged me $110 just for looking and wanted to charge me $8100 for the repair and I felt like I was being swindled so I called Airight cooling for a second opinion and they sent out Jackie who took 15 minutes to figure out the problem and fixed it for $650. Jackie was professional, efficient and most of all honest. I just saved $7500!! Thanks to Jackie from Airight Cooling

This was our first time using Airight Cooling Heating and Plumbing. Carl was our technician and he was amazing. His knowledge on what was wrong with our AC led to him fixing it immediately. After moving into our first home, our downstairs toilet began leaking. We sought out plumbers and one quoted us something way out our budget. Fast forward not having a working toilet down there for 8 months, we tried our luck again. Joe came in and immediately saw that the 1st plumber was wrong, and that the leak was coming from an easy fix. He quoted us half the price which was a relief. Within 3 days we had a toilet again just in time for the holidays! Thank you Joe!
