Care plus has done many jobs for me and my family over the years. Arcadio communicates well, shows up on time and completes the work professionally for what he quoted.

We called care-plus plumbing because of a clog main line we had. Within 5 minutes they had me set up with a appointment for later that day he was on time; the Plumber called first; he wore booties ; he was comfortable with my dog (that is important to dog owners). I would want him next time. About 30 minutes later he was finished and cleaned up. Looked as though no one had even been working in our house. Main line was back working and all issues were fixed they did a great job. very friendly and professional. wouldn't hesitate calling this service again in the future.My husband is a general contractor and he sent him on another job when he left here.

Arcadio installed a new toilet for us. He was incredibly helpful and did a great job! Definitely will recommend his services to others.

Care Plus Plumbing has worked on a variety of plumbing projects for me. They have replaced fixtures to installing a new water main valve. They are honest about repairs needed. They leave the work location clean. These guys are quality!

Arcadio has come to my property 3-4 times for plumbing repairs. He shows up when he says he will and fixes the issue and does a great job explaining why the issue occurred and how to prevent future problems. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Use this company!

First place I call when I have a plumbing issue of any kind. Arcadio has been my plumber for more than 5 years. He's always responsive, reasonably priced, efficient, and cleans up before he leaves. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

I had a toilet and faucet issue. I called CarePlus. Arcadia answered and came to my home soon after. He made the necessary repairs and made good recommendations. His estimate of charges and final fee lined up, and were fair. I was very pleased with Arcadio's courtesy and efficiency, and I will call CarePlus next time.

Mr. Arcadio has worked on our Oceanside home a few times now and I must say he has provided us with exceptional service every time. The past time we were concerned with a leaking shower and a toilet. It was becoming a huge problem seeing as how it was a necessity. I gave Mr. Arcadio a call and he was there within the day. Not only did he show up on time he also finished the work in a timely manner. He ended up resealing the shower tub and fixing the toilet. He did an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trusted plumber in the San Diego County area.

Arcadia at Careplus plumbing was a lifesaver. It was 5 PM on a Sunday and all of a sudden we had no water pressure. We called about 20 plumbers but no one was available until Arcadia returned our call. He came out at 6 PM and spent three hours trying to restore our water. He needed to flush out all of our faucets and sinks so wasn’t able to finish that night. However, he made sure we had one complete working bathroom before he left. He came back the next morning and completed the job. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem and completing all the necessary repairs. Two weeks later I had a problem in that my ice machine was not working. He didn’t think it was a result of his work but he came out anyway to investigate. The water valve under my kitchen sink had been turned off by the reverse osmosis repair man. Arcadia turned it back on and didn’t charge me for the service call. I would not hesitate to use Careplus for any plumbing project big or small. They definitely earned our five star rating!

We've had Arcadio come out to our place twice now to fix pinhole leaks in our old copper pipes. Arcadio is friendly, prompt, and explains everything well. Pricing is competitive and fair, no complaints. We'll be using this company for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Arcadio is a quality resource and shares the knowledge to his customers! We had an issue with our bathroom and he helped us figure out the routing of our drains to the sewer as our old home was converted from septic to sewer! He is a consummate professional and is prompt and reliable! Highly recommended as this is the 2nd home he’s helped us with!

Arcadio did extensive work for our remodel project. He removed Quest pipes and replaced with copper pipes. Also worked on bathroom and shower and bath faucets. He is very responsive to our calls, quotes are reasonable, work is efficient and high quality. He shows up on time and work is scheduled and finished in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I’ve used CarePLUS Plumbing & Drains since 2019 to the present day. The projects that Arcadio has undertaken for me include: Locating and repairing a leak in an underground water supply line; Installation of laundry room water valves; Repair of a leaking, in the wall drain; Installation of 3 new bathroom sink water faucets; & Replacement of 11 sink/toilet supply line valves. His costs seem very reasonable to me.

Arcadio is on time; Explains in detail what is involved in doing a project; Offers options; And takes time to answer plumbing questions unrelated to the current project.

I also find him to be quite personable, respectful, and courteous.
