I reached out to DC Air and Heating when I noticed that my compressor fan would not kick on my HVAC system. Rick asked if I knew the system brand and model so he can ensure he had the right part on hand when he arrived (but he did say it was not required). I took a picture of the data information and sent it in. came with a quickness, kindly introduced himself and asked where the compressor was located. He took off and began work his magic. Within 10 minutes he was complete and my system was fully operational. He performed a electrical load test on my compressor and told me that my motor is drawing too much electricity and would need to be replaced soon. He goes above and beyond and looks over your whole system and lets you know where you might be at risk for future issues. I really appreciate the professionalism and his personal touch. Would definitely use his services again!

Great customer service and easy to work with

Rick saved us from our freezing house. It was cold and not reaching the temperature we set it to. Rick figured out our problem in no time and now when I set my heater to 70 then it is 70 in the house!

I had a power surge at my house and my ac unit wasn’t working properly after. I called Rick and he was able to make it out same day. He fixed the ac unit and gave me some recommendations on maintenance and how to keep the unit clean.
