This can a good place some of the time to go to if you can't find what you want locally at the big box stores. But Amazon still rules if you can wait.

We were looking for a replacement part for an old electrical box. Although Platt Rancho Cordova didn't have the needed part Gavin who helped us went beyond just customer service. He guided us to others who might carry the part and even found an internet site for us that did indeed have the part. He turned a frustrating day for two seniors into an easy fix. they are helpful & have most of what I need. And Mike is the best.

Great service and a good system. When item is not in stock it usually arrives the next day. I have on occasion had to look up product on the internet myself, so that's why 4 🌟.

Talk about making a return difficult... these guys sold me a bad Transformer and would not give me my money back. The reason they got 3 stars is they were really helpful about finding the right Transformer.

They literally told me to go to Home Depot if I wanted to find wire nuts in stock. I did.
