Helped me with my problem in 10 minutes and was vary polite with vary fair prices and was hear in a timely maker

I had an inspection done of my homes plumbing from a competing company and was told both my 3” cast iron sewage line and my galvanized supply lines were past their service life. That company strongly recommended re-plumbing of my home due to eminent failure. Their recommendation didn’t sit right with me so I called express sewer and drain for a second recommendation.

James came out and immediately educated me on the plumbing of my home and then performed a thorough inspection including running a recorded video through my sewage lines.

In the end I was brought to awareness of how my home is plumbed and was told my plumbing is showing signs of its age but in no way is at the end of its service life. With no leaks, rust out of the fixtures, or lack of flow I was assured by James’ professionalism that I should start saving for future replacement but in no way in a state of emergency with my homes plumbing.

REASONABLE PRICE AND EFFECTIVE SERVICE. I'm not connected in anyway with this company, but I tried two other companies before and this one was far better in fixing our sewer and much more reasonable in cost. Thanks to them and they deserve six stars.

I had a leaking toilet. Tried to fix the wax gasket ourselves. Yuck! Tried two versions. Did not work. Gave up and called Express Sewer and they sent Max. Professional, polite, fixed the leak and also took care of a tank issue. Left everything spotless! Thank you.

I had called another company out to fix a major sewer problem and they had walked away, actually giving us misinformation, causing delays in getting things done. Finally, I called Express Sewer & Drain and they were there quickly and exactly when they had said. I explained what had happened and he went to work. They kept me informed at every new finding and they worked and worked until the problem was completely fixed. As a real estate broker, I have worked with Express Sewer and Drain several times. They are prompt, professional, affordable, and have all of the equipment to professionally scope sewer lines and give estimates for corrective or repair work needed. My clients and I receive a link to the video feed with audio commentary along with a written estimate that is very useful for negotiation in the purchase of a home.
When it comes to needing a plumber at my own home when the line starts to back up and the sinks are slow...I call several companies, and yet Express Sewer is the most prompt to provide service, and charges literally half the price for diagnostics as other companies I call.
I highly recommend the company for my own clients, and trust them with work on my own home.

Express did a great job! Ryan came out and stuck with a quirky plumbing issue in my house. He was so kind and professional. He stuck with it until the issue was solved. The price was very reasonable. Customer service was good as well…very responsive team.

I want to thank Max from Express Sewer & Drain for servicing my 2 toilet valve stops today. Call the experts for sure. I initially thought DIY will do but I definitely needed the pros at Express Sewer & Drain. Thank you also to Jerry who took my information to dispatch the technician. I would highly recommend them.

OK, now I am not happy that I needed to call a plumber AGAIN for Thanksgiving. I was super careful this year, but because I am cursed I had a backup. However I knew who I would call again. EXPRESS to the rescue. Now, it was a Friday and technically a holiday so I was not able to use the coupon I found online. But still the service fee under $150 was well worth it.

That same day our technician showed up and started to snake. It did not work, and he took the time to figure out what was going on and we moved the snake and got the blockage to go and YEA water went down.

If you need plumbing help then call Express Sewer and Drain. Nice people, fair prices, and quick service. I TRUST THEM.

I will just say this is why plumbers make great money. Celso arrived today exactly when he said he would and kept me in the loop the entire time during the job. He was very professional and even narrated while I recorded videos for the city to show them how degraded their line was after the city had come out the previous day and told me their end was good! Couldn’t ask for a better employee, if he ever needs a job he can call me! Photo is before he got here.

I have worked in the wastewater business for many years, and I have to say that this company's customer service is excellent. Additionally, the prices are fair, the work is done correctly, and no mess left behind. And, no up sale hype. They show up on time. assess the situation, take the necessary actions, clean up and convey their findings t the resident. Couldn't ask for more.

Shady shady people they never finished the job an they have a shady lawyer that works with them an they are the ones who never finished the job it’s sad to see that this is what they do to elderly people!!!

I wish that I could take a picture and post it. Excuse, after excuse. The handle was not tightened , comes right off, didn't align the handle with hot and cold water. - Just amateur hour. Not recommended.

Express Sewer and Drain were at my property doing work for the sewer district. They moved my patio furniture around so they could move their equipment around which is fine with me. However they did not move anything back, which I find disrespectful. They also played with my sons basketball hoop and used my patio chairs to sit in while working. Honestly I normally would not care about either of those things however since they left my patio in worse condition, I find their behavior very rude.

They came out for my sewer, told me pipe was “broken” but they couldn’t clearly show me on their old cameras. New plumber came out with a HD camera and showed me some roots, and an offset that the first camera didn’t even pick up. Ended up getting whole sewer replaced!
