Mr. Bailey that came and did our quote was very knowledgeable, fair, and kind. We got the quote, signed the contract, and had the trees down within just a few weeks!! The workers were very professional and did an amazing job!! We had 10 HUGE cedars cut down in our back yard and the stumps ground and not so much as a scratch on our house! It took them only two days to do all of that work and when they left the first day they leaf blew and cleaned up like they had never been there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any tree needs you have!!!

Bailey Tree Company just finished trimming and cutting major branches from several trees. They were prompt, checked with me often to make sure I liked what they had done, were very professional, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up everything and I am very pleased with their work. Their price was very competitive and I will definitely have them work on my trees again.

I can't recommend them enough. I got multiple quotes and they ended up being the best price for what I needed done. Workers cleaned up after themselves and were very thorough with their work. They also cut and stacked all the best pieces for me before they left so that I could split them and use them in my fireplace. Awesome work!

These guys are great! They worked with me to get all the trees done by splitting the job into 3 smaller jobs so I could have them do the work when I could afford it.
They stayed with the written estimate price and we're always on time. I was called to confirm the time & notify me of any change.
The work is done in a timely manner & my yard looks so much better.
I would hire them again & recommend them to friends.

All I can say is awesome! I wish every company I have had to deal with had such wonderful customer service and great work crews! I had 5 trees cut down and stumps ground. Not only was the job and clean up done thoroughly, their pricing was very competitive for all the work I had done! Bailey Tree Company rocks! Bailey Tree Company did a wonderful job removing the massive mulberry tree in my backyard! They are very professional and skilled at their jobs, from the friendly office staff to the tree guys out in the field. A crew of 3 or more showed up each day, right on time, and worked tirelessly through the day. They did an amazing job in every respect, including grinding the tree stump and visible roots and repairing a few boards on my fence. We have used Bailey Tree service in the past and they always have done an excellent job. This time I had a safety cut on two pecan trees and had two cypress trees removed. They did a great job on the service and left the job site very clean. I will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommended.

This is a great company to do business with. First, they didn't even need to come to my house to give me a quote. They were able to give me an estimate from pictures I sent them. The guys that came to do the work, were very polite and friendly. The office called to ensure the work was done correctly and always answered my questions and kept me informed of the process all the way through. The price was very fair and we will definitely recommend Bailey to friends and family.

The crew was right on time. Excellent work on trimming my 3 palm trees and pruning my large magnolia tree. The cleanup was more than I expected...complete removal of all branches and debris. I have used Bailey Tree Company twice now since moving into my house in Elk Grove a year ago. They trimmed our three palm trees and also removed a very large from my front yard. I chose Bailey Tree both times because their prices are right, they are quick with responses, their customer service is AMAZING and the work is top notch. The guys who showed up to do the service are hard working and made sure they left the job site clean! Also, the customer service reps at the office are always professional, helpful and quick with responses. I love Bailey Tree and will use them again for all our tree needs!

Bailey Tree Company has been taking care of our two very large palm trees for a few years. We had them out to prune the trees today and they did a fantastic job! They are always extremely professional and show up when they say they will! The price is very competitive for the tremendous work that they do. They will give an estimate and talk with you about the work before they get started.

What an efficient and knowledgeable crew! They showed up on time, were courteous and mindful of recently installed sidewalks covering with plywood. The crew went right to work and did an awesome job. I was confident that all approvals by the City of Sacramento were completed at each stage, ending with stump grinding. The job crew accommodated my request for a couple of slices of the trunk so that I can turn them into patio tables. Excellent work, a very professional outfit from office staff to the crew. I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience. From the estimator, crew, work performance and office manager I was more than pleased. There are not many experiences these days when you are completely and utterly satisfied. This was one of those times. I happily and welcomed paying my bill. Its not often that you feel you received more for your money then what you paid. Not only did they do a superb job, the completely cleaned up everything. They took a gas blower to the entire yard, went into the neighbors yard to be sure no debris landed in his yard and in fact took the blower to his backyard as well. I cant say enough. I am in real estate. I plan to meet with their management team in order to list their services on the referral section of my professional website. That how impressed i am. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this Company and Thor employees. From the estimator, who was sweet, knowledgeable, honest and on time! The laborers showed up at the time frame I was told, unusual now a days, did a better job them I anticipated. Cleaned up perfectly and also cleaned all the debris from my pool, which was just clean a couple hours prior. I can’t really express how impressed I am with the service I received today! Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again !

Today was the second time I've used Bailey Tree Company. They arrived on-time, the crew was courteous and professional, and they did an awesome job trimming four large trees in my yard. They also did a great job cleaning up, including picking up debris that they didn't create while trimming. Their prices were great too. I highly recommend them for any tree work you may need.

Bailey Tree co did a great job. Justin assessed our needs and wrote up the estimate. Took a little bit to get a permit but once that was in, the office called and scheduled a day the following week to trim our large oak trees over and surrounding our house. The crew did an excellent job with some difficult trees very close to our house. They arrived on time, worked hard and finished up in one full day, doing an excellent clean up. The next day, we had 1 sprinkler head broken and the office staff had Daniel come by and fix it right away. Very good customer service. Highly recommended.
