Kirollos was the best contractor I could have hoped for. Being a single woman I was extremely nervous about being taken advantage of by contractors that were just out to make a buck and capitalize on the fact that I don’t know a ton about construction. But after meeting Kirollos he put me at ease about what to expect from a pricing standpoint and a timeline standpoint. At no point did I feel he was untrustworthy. He was extremely fair, he kept me updated throughout the whole process, he kept his word and was transparent with me about everything from day one. He even finished my ADU month ahead of schedule!
