Thank you Owen Electric for being there and especially Jesse who tested my capacitor and supplied me a new one in less then 10 minutes. AC condenser back on and cooling us off on one of the hottest days this year.

I just had an incredibly inexplicable experience with this company. All I wanted was a price on four different gauges of wire. Apparently Owen Electric gets so many of these requests every day that they don't want to take these calls any more. If they want to throw away $8000+ worth of potential business by being rude to a potential customer, then what can I do? COMPLETE OPPOSITE of how a potential customer should be treated. I will never call this company again.
