These guys are a joke. I first called them out to my house for a water leak claim in my garage 3 years ago and for the third year, it is leaking again. Over the years, I trusted them with several projects around my house; not much has gone right. There is a pattern to how they operate.

The contractor will come out and give you a quote. Comparatively, it is low and he'll misquote and underbid the work involved. Then for the duration of the project, they'll be upset that they're not making enough money on the project and never return to the worksite, and send a bunch of subcontractors. Then they'll lowball their subcontractors and they'll be working on your home disgruntled, cutting corners, and doing subpar work. To top it all off, the project manager will only come to pick up checks and never bother to check the workmanship of their subcontractors, and people will come and go with no oversight. Forget getting it done on time, you'll be lucky it even got finished. Some subcontractors have even come to me directly for payment because they're being ghosted by the company.

I've paid to have my balcony sealed and retiled, and the roof patched over my kitchen but they're both leaking into my house after moderate rain. They actually made the problem worse in some areas. I paid to make a concrete pad for my dogs but it wasn't graded and doesn't have drainage so it just pools water and piss in one corner. Half the work will have to be redone. I wouldn't even call them back out to make it right, it'll just be more wasted time.

I hear restaurant builds are their specialty so hopefully they have better work ethics in that industry. As far as your home goes, just watch some YouTube videos and do it yourself, it'll be the same level of workmanship but the difference will be you care about your home and the work being put into it.
