I am not sure why this company more highly rated but I was referred by First American Home Warranty for several plumbing issues including leaking toilet, non functioning garbage disposal and loose toilet handle. Tony, the plumber for my case arrived in the scheduled time slot, was professional and pleasant, and corrected all 3 issues without problem and was efficient.

I think maybe the satisfied customers are busy, but my mom pointed out the negative reviews and I insisted on letting the company respond and THEY DID GREAT so hence my review. Would definitely ask for them again.

I told Carston what the problem was, and he quickly assessed the situation and cleared my dish washer line. No funny business or up-selling. Really nice guy, and easy to talk to. If I get in a jam again, I’ll call these guys again. The cost was told upfront and it didn’t change once the job was done. Very reasonable.

For the first time, AHS referred me to a very competent plumbing company. Had a water leak due to breakage in the cast iron pipe. Carsten was the assigned technician. For the first time I saw a technician who was really loyal to the work he does. He fixed the situation like a charm, replacing the complete section of the cast iron pipe in no time. He is a champ.

He was extremely respectful, kept us informed the whole way through, and even went above and beyond to help us reach out to a restoration company after his work was done. If we EVER experience any plumbing needs in the future, I will not hesitate to reach out and request his service again!

Christopher is an excellent technician came to our home and repair the problem which was a real problem for me, I explain the problem for to him which he understood and said ok I'll get right on it. about half hour later I went to ask him a question and see hour long does he think it will take to make the repairs? To my surprise he was picking up his tools and getting ready to leave, and said all done, all fixed. This guy was amazing, I figure it would be a couple hours to do the job. Christopher really know his stuff and very knowledgeable of his trade along with a pleasant personality and a all around good guy qualities.

"The work was done effectively and area was clean after everything was done. As of right now the new heater is running nicely. I was able to talk to Tony and gave the the run down to what he did. He has been dealing with my son for the 2 visits. The updates done look great. I wish the company will do cosmetic just for the fact that everything is done in one trip. The reps over the phone were also great". One thing is to inform yourself about this process when home warranty are involved. Cosmetic stuff like painting and fix walls is not part of it, any update s that are required we pay for it. I’m happy with the updates done by Tony my water heater was super old. If anything I would blame this issue to my home inspector when I got the home. Didn’t recommend anything on it when based on the updates I did it had multiple issues.
I would use this company again, Jeffrey was nice too, answer all my questions and gave me an estimate for my cost. First American warranty called me and broke down the charges. Everything was clear and I got it down quicker than other can say.

Christoper did our diagnostics and Matt did the replacement. Phenomenal service. Arrived on time, communicated well, cleaned up after job, gave great explanation on the work that was completed and answered our questions happily. I don’t usually get this great of service when using my home warranty company but these guys were awesome. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the second time our home warranty company sent out Emergency Plumbing and both times we had Carsten and he was amazing got the job done and was very proffesional with great service.

He quickly and efficiently replaced the garbage disposal, respecting our property. I highly recommend Emergency Plumbing & Rooter for plumbing needs.

Leak was in a pipe under the house of a manufactured home. Two plumbing companies before would not or could not go under the house. Emergency Plumbing sent Cristian who had no problem going under the house and fixed the leak in less than an hour start to finish. Excellent tech, explained everything and even discussed options for the future.

I was very satisfied with Emergency Plumbing. The technician Carsten was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He did not leave a mess behind. 😳 He replaced my bathroom faucet.

They scheduled my appointment in a timely manner and the Chris the plumber was just awesome! He showed up on time and was very cordial and professional and most of all, he fixed the problem.

From my first interaction with Emergency Plumbing & Rooter, everyone was friendly and customer service oriented. This was the 3rd contractor that First American Home Warranty sent out to try and fix my plumbing issue. Within an hour of getting assigned, the receptionist was able to schedule a next day appointment. Carsten arrived on time and within the scheduled window. I received a text message when he was in route and could track his location to get an ETA on his arrival. Carsten was able to diagnose, find and fix the pinhole sized leak in my copper piping within minutes of arrival. I would 100% recommend Emergency Plumbing and Rooter.
