Isaiah Perez was great. Very prompt with responses, timely. and thorough with his finding. He was also patient and explained things repeatedly to make sure my question was answered and understood. I Highly recommend Utility Plumbing Service.

Isaiha & Danny were professional, polite, clean, and courteous. They both took their time explaining everything & answered all of our questions. They fixed the broken pipe and did a great job! Trevor was great, made it out in good timing for an afterhours service call. He had very good communication with me. He addressed the issue, was able to resolve it and buy us some time for the bigger project we are facing. He got it cleared out and cleaned up in about an hours' time. Trevor along with David came back the following day to check on the work with the camera. I have also had great communication with Cody for both services that I needed, and he has reached out to check up on our planning for our needed future repairs with no pressure in committing in a rushed time. and I appreciate that. Thank you to you and all the staff for your professionalism and great customer service.

from the moment my call was picked up and to the end of the service call was A+. Super friendly staff that helped set up my appointment and Cody and Isaiah kept me inform of their arrival and when they got to my place they diagnosed and gave me what they thought was the best solution to my issue. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Very rare do you find a company nowadays that is trustworthy .

Great service and very fair pricing! I had a leak from my second floor bathtub so I called Cody, he was able to get me on the schedule the next day. Isaiah was the technician who was assigned to my job, he contacted me via text the morning of service and was on time to the appointment. He assessed the problem and was able to make a quick and easy fix!

Great team to work with! Cody was very responsive to my messages, and we were able to set a visit for a time that worked for me.

Daniel was dispatched to my house, and despite being a tough layout and a VERY stubborn clog, Daniel was able to clear our issues right out.

He was also very professional and took the time to quote out seven upgrade options if we decide to improve our house even further

The night before, we had sewage coming up in our bathtub. Our regular guy was out of town, so he recommended these folks. We’re glad he did. We got a call almost immediately and Cody set us up for first thing the next day. He thought it was the main line from our house to the city sewer, and he was quite correct (Roots had busted through in several places. Complete loss.).

They were on time. They were incredibly responsive. They were fast. They knew their stuff. They were patient. They were, above all, respectful and extremely kind. Shout out to Josh and Joe who spent nearly 14 hours (8am to 10pm) assessing, explaining, digging holes, and calling in the calvary. We went from disaster to peace of mind in one day.

My plumbing technician was excellent. Such good customer service given by Isaiah Perez. He took the time to explain his recommendations. He explained whst plumbing issue was. Such a professional young man. Utility plumbing came to my rescue. I was stressing because it was a holiday weekend coming up thinking that i would not be able to get someone to come out. The team at Utility Plumbing is one of the most professional plumbing outfits I've ever seen. They come with expertise and product knowledge, they communicated clearly about the options I had to choose from when my tankless water heater went down and they really are top-notch professionals. It's hard to find honesty and transparency in plumbing but they delivered! Fair pricing and they got the job done in an appropriate timeframe. 10/10 recommend these guys!

Anyone would be hard-pressed to find a reason to give Utility Plumbing Services (UPS) anything less than 5 stars. Yes, I’m not going to lie. There was a little hiccup with our job. UPS’s immediate attention to the problem was what you hope for when you run into a situation like that. These days great customer service is very rare. It’s clear that Cody strives for perfection. His team of highly knowledgeable professionals worked quickly and tirelessly to resolve our issue. Cisco is very knowledgeable and was relentless in his efforts to pinpoint the source of a slab leak that we had. They found it and they fixed it all in one afternoon! The hiccup? They forgot to check that the hot water was turned back on. Simple human error which was rectified in less than one hour. Yes, we recommend them. Yes, we will use them again. Thank you Cody and your team for your great service and attention to detail. **********10 stars!!
