Luke was most professional, well-versed in the appliance field, friendly and set an appointment by phone immediately to respond to our refrigerator/ freezer dilemma. He provided us with great advice, explained everything in detail and while on the premises was even able to install my Viking oven igniter when others could not! Luke was more than willing to answer follow-up questions on subsequent days. We highly recommend Luke for appliance repair.
