I had some plywood concrete and styrofoam to get rid of. I called junk Dawgs and spoke with Paloma. She explained how pricing worked and was able to get me an appointment for the next day. Paloma was very helpful, professional, and was very pleasant and friendly!! Next day I received a call from Joseph letting me know they were finishing up another job but would call again with an ETA. Joseph and his co worker Eddie showed up on time and ready to work! They explained again how pricing worked just to confirm. They loaded all the items into the truck and I actually paid less than their original quote! They did a fantastic job!! Both guys were very friendly, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend Junk Dawgs!! My whole experience from speaking with Paloma to the pick up with Eddie and Joseph was super easy and well worth the price!!

Completely happy with the service we received! This was a big job and Aiden, Joe and Gavin showed up with big smiles and ready to work! They were efficient, organized and professional. They were respectful of Mom’s home and made sure that nothing was left behind. I was amazed at how quickly they finished the job and they took extra care to sweep and clean up before leaving. Cannot praise these three guys enough for the great job they did for us this morning!

I want to thank Anthony, Ops Manager and Ryan for a timely and professionally done job. The spa removal job site was left clean with no damage. The work was done with a great attitude with care to my existing landscape. The spa styrofoam had been infested by rodents and left in a crumbled mess before they came. My attempts to tear down the spa were tough. Glad your team came to the rescue! The team came in and was careful to ensure minimum concern and took the spa apart with ease. Anthony, thank you for your professional service and allowing me to ask numerous questions about the job. You provided a wonderful customer experience overall. Zack, I appreciate your help in fielding additional questions while keeping good customer relations. Your team was on time and I would definately use your company again. Mark and Gavin of Junk Dawgs were awesome. They were friendly, professional and helpful. They picked up a sofa from our house in Riverside to take to my sister in Redlands. It couldn't have been smoother. They were able to get the sofa up an extremely difficult staircase that my husband didn't think was possible to do. They then took apart and hauled away my sister's old sofa. All with a smile and a caring attitude. I'm also impressed that they find homes for cast off furniture that is still in good condition. Couldn't make a higher recommendation.

Super helpful! Mark and Anthony gave me an ETA and showed up on time. They gave me an estimated price before getting started and took a lot of stuff out in less than an hour. I had a lot of bulky furniture, electronics, and greens waste. They explained the process and were super nice and professional! Will definitely be using this service again 😊

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Junk Dawgs!

Aiden and Michael were outstanding from start to finish. If I ever need hauling services again, I would absolutely request them by name. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. It was also so easy to talk to them; they struck the perfect balance of being efficient while also personable and kind.

They arrived on time, took a look at all the items that needed to be removed, gave me a clear and fair estimate, and then got right to work without missing a beat. My garage had accumulated a lot over the years, including items I couldn’t even identify. But Aiden and Michael took the time to go through everything with me patiently, explained what certain things were, and handled even the heavy or awkward pieces with care and strength.

What really stood out was the extra care they showed after the job was done—they even offered to help rearrange and tidy up the remaining items in my garage. That kind of thoughtfulness and work ethic is rare and truly appreciated.

Place is very professional and fast. The guys that showed up were Colten and Jose, they made quick work of the removal and were very friendly and professional. Junk Dawgs is a pleasure to deal with. Ryan at the office was really helpful and Anthony and G, who did the hauling, were punctual, efficient, respectful and all-around good guys. Will definitely use them again whenever needed.

We had Ty and Nathan from Junk dawgs come out less than 24 hours after making an online appointment. I recieved a text the morning of reminding me of the pick up as well as a call 15 minutes before they arrived. Both guys were professional and friendly. They got the work done quickly and despite being busy still took the time to be nice to my toddler who was very interested in the men with the big truck. We will definitely be giving Junk dawgs a call for any future disposals.

Easy booking online. Fit me in a few hours later. Joseph and Jose called ahead, were very polite and professional, and cleaned up all the Grove trash and old furniture I needed to remove. At least second trip for Joseph, and same great impression and service.

I had Jose, Joseph and Anthony clean up a lot for me which included an 18 foot boat that needed to be CUT up entirely! They all did an Amazon job and left the lot exactly how I needed it. 100% recommended using Junk Dawgs and I hope you get these guys!

Junk Dawgs are amazing! I was in my garage cleaning up stuff and just happened to see one of their trucks drive by. A quick Google search and a phone call and they were at my house within 2 hours. The receptionist that answered the phone was really nice and explained everything. I really appreciate the way they do business. They will set up an appointment and have the guys in the trucks come out to your house and take a look and see what you've got. They will give you a price and if you like it, they will pick it up and haul it away right then if you don't like the estimate, they'll leave. Other companies I called wanted to have a rep come out and take a look at everything and make appointments and I just wanted to get stuff done now and they definitely did that. Dylan and Eddie came out with the truck and within 30 minutes they had everything cleaned up and thrown away. They even swept the garage for me. Great young men and a great company. I love Junk Dawgs! They were wonderful in helping me after a "hit and run" destruction of my property the night before, leaving my large concrete lamp post in a pile of rubble. Junk Dawgs came out the following morning and Dylan and Eddie were terrific in quickly and completely clearing away the mess, including a final cleaning with a leaf blower. They also helped with junk in my garage. They were extremely friendly, courteous, and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Junk Dawgs. They are a light in our community!
