I’d had great service from Sanborns when I needed a new heater and air conditioner a few years ago, so when an electrical problem arose elsewhere in the house, I reached out to Sanborns again. Tristan came to my home and I am thrilled to share he worked steadfastly until he’d diagnosed the trouble. In rapid time, the issue was solved and I was much relieved that the worry was eliminated and the cost was very reasonable. The technician Tristan was knowledgeable and courteous and he took the time to explain several things I didn’t understand. He was great, as was Carla in the office. What a professional team! Mark went out of his way to come out and save us since our ac had broken down on a very very hot weekend. He was very professional and understanding of our situation. We had Mark come to our house today to evaluate our air conditioner. He was very thorough, even taking time to clean out the unit that had gotten dirty. Jonathan the field supervisor with Sanborns came out to my home to provide an estimate against several other companies in the area to include Burgesons heating and solar. Sanborns not only provided me a great deal on my new high energy saving system, Jonathan, also was the best for following up and ensuring we understood everything which made us very comfortable with them. Jose was on time, clear, polite, and showed genuine care about the issues with our heater. He showed me the damage parts and explained why we needed the service we needed. He also took his time to thoroughly inspect the unit.

What looked like a potential nightmare, turned into a redeeming experience. Scheduled the annual maintenance on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately there was a faux pa that couldn’t be remedied until the Tuesday after. Troubleshooting wasn’t successful and the technician left without a fix and the ac was in worse condition, blowing warm air. On Saturday, Technician Jose managed to get us a loaner window unit to get by. Thankfully there was overcast all weekend, it could’ve been much worse but we made it through. After a few phone calls on Tuesday to get things in order and scheduled accordingly, Jose returned and repaired the problem. Jose is and always professional. He took the time to explain what was done, had before and after pics, and cleaned the blower all in a few hours. Sanborn’s has a great one here, he knows what he’s doing and is very thorough. Definitely would request his services again for future maintenance and repairs. Thank you Sanborn’s for your team in the office, Karla was easy to work with and she was committed to making things right to get my family back to the comfort we expect from your company. Jose, thank you again for your kindness and knowledge. It truly makes all the difference having quality employees like Jose!
