Tony arrived on time. He was pleasant and courteous. He removed an old kitchen faucet and installed a new one.
He explained what needed to be done, we agreed upon a price and he completed the job quickly. He cleaned up thoroughly. All good! Will be calling him again for additional projects.

I would not recommend this company for backflow; they tried to sell us a nearly $4k replacement of the entire backflow device (the whole system), when it turns out our backflow device is (i) only 3 years old, (ii) in excellent condition and of the top brands, and (iii) the repair required about $400 in simple maintenance work. I feel this company was not honest in pushing for a radically over-priced, unnecessary replacement. Always get multiple quotes; not all vendors are created equal.
