John promptly came to assess the AC problem early on a Saturday. He sorted through the mess left by a prior tech/estimator and expertly and honestly diagnosed the problem, which was a low cost part replacement. This contrasted strongly with the prior estimator who claimed we needed a whole new system.

The team lead by John is professional and consistent. Great local option!

No one wants their heater going out in the middle of winter ❄️ but we were lucky to have Precise Climate Solutions on our side and are sleeping warm 🙏

I needed a heater replacement this past winter during the worst of the storms and Precise Climate Solutions was highly recommended by my neighbor and I am so glad they did!

When I called to schedule my appointment, they were super helpful in asking the right questions to help identify the heater issues. I was able to schedule an appointment within the next few days. On the day of service, it was raining heavily and the technician was punctual and worked very efficiently but carefully, as not to track water into the house. He thoroughly assessed the heater and returned shortly after with all of the parts for a new instillation. I was so thankful for his professionalism and for quickly getting the heat back on.

As a result, I'm super happy with the new heater and I'm looking forward to keeping the house nice and warm during this next winter. Thank you Precise Climate Solutions for your excellent work!

His pricing was competitive and reasonable. He completed the job within schedule, maintained a tidy worksite, and followed up after testing and city inspection to ensure everything was done well. His work is very neat and professional, and he finished the installation quite efficiently. Throughout the process he was very easy to communicate with, and was quite accommodating with different constraints (e.g certain parts were delayed in delivery and he rescheduled around that). I would easily recommend him for any HVAC projects, big or small!

Our heater was not working and John came out the next day. He assessed that the problem was with the thermostat only and he replaced it the same day, programmed it and showed us how to change the programmed settings as needed.
