I am absolutely pleased with the exceptional work done by AP General Contractors. From the very beginning the company showed an impressive level of skills and professionalism.

These guys are awesome! I had new aluminum gutters installed by them. They showed up on time, the day we were scheduled for, and within a few hours they were completed; new gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards installed.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the ADU built by Ap General Contractors. It was an enjoyable process working with them. A huge thank you to Hector and Raul for being professional throughout the whole process.

I was referred to AP General Contractors by a family friend who had their house painted by them. I liked the quality of work that was done so I had to hire them to do my house. Everything was smooth, from getting an estimate, to signing the contract, to getting my house painted. I am very happy with the finished result. Thank you AP!

Wow! AP General Contractors really set the bar high. My wife and I have worked with multiple specialty contractors in the past few years, and although we had worked with some good companies, none can compare to AP. Working with a family owned and operated company that does everything was a game changer. We were able to get all our big projects done with one company. We can't thank AP enough for for the great experience and their expertise.

Highly recommend AP General Contractors. At first I was hesitant about working with a contractor due to previous bad experiences, but when Raul he did an inspection and went over the details with us, I can tell he genuinely cared and was very knowledgeable. He didn’t just trying to sell us something we didn't need. Originally the appointment was for a patio, but upon their inspection he discovered we had a few active leaks on our roof and pointed it out. We decided to move forward with the roof and are extremely pleased with the turn out. The process was very straight forward and we were updated daily. Even after signing off on the project, Raul showed up to make sure we were completely satisfied.

I had a great experience with AP General Contractors. Dealt with Hector and Raul throughout the process of replacing our roof. Raul was my Project Manager, he often updated me as to what was the next step of the process. I definitely recommend this company for home improvement needs.

I had a great experience with this company, and felt at ease throughout the entire process. They took care of my exterior stucco with a coating system, which took a little over a week from start to finish. The finished product looks great, and I am very pleased. They workers were here daily and work was done according to planned. I did have a few questioned throughout the project, which the workers were able to answer some, but the ones they couldn't Raul the project manager did. Raul was quick to return my calls if he didn't answer the first time I called. I highly recommend AP General Contractor.

Trustworthy, High Quality, Detailed, Fair, Reliable, and Dependable

These are words I would use to describe AP General Contractors. This review is long over due, but much warranted. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the quality of their work and how highly I would recommend Hector, Raul, and the team. We started with a roof replacement which was expertly done. Raul was patient, detail oriented, very knowledgeable and never over sells. Also very cognizant of timing (getting it done before the rains) and perfectly timing and managing the permit process (not easy if you've ever dealt with city inspections - he even had the ladder properly tied for the inspector on inspection day). This project was so well executed we moved on to many more projects, repairs and improvements. In truth, I am hoping they don't get too busy so they can continue to be available for all my projects - they're that good! As a general contractor, they can do most any home improvement or even new build projects. But anything they need more expertise at, they will get an experienced subcontractor that can do it. This ability has been perfect for us. Raul is patient, meticulous, knowledgeable, detail oriented and an all around great guy. He works on the job, doesn't just manage, and understands his craft. What I like is he tells you exactly what he will do before he does it. Because they are good and in demand, it may take time for him a little time to respond but he always does and his word has been his bond. If you need help with your home improvements, you can rest assured with AP, highly recommended!

Job abandonment, Raul Garcia does not return calls or text messages. Will not hesitate to take your money and run. Be aware!
