Mario exceeded our expectations!! He gave us options of what we could do and went above and beyond to help! Even when I first called, the woman who answered was very helpful as well. Would call them again for any other plumbing issues!! 10/10

These guys showed responded to a plumbing emergency I experienced. I called several plumbers on the weekend and Rooter was the only one to respond. Although they were unable to answer my call, they responded via text within minutes and ultimately had a plumber at my home within 40 minutes. Resolved the issue quickly and professionally. They helped me determine a fast and economical solution to my problem. It's nice to have a plumber whom I feel I can trust and would highly recommend them.

I called Rooter 66 because my hot water heater was leaking and I needed urgent assistance. I called Rooter Plumbing and they were able to get someone out right away. Mario is a fantastic technician that came to my rescue. He was able to fix the problem right away and the cost was very affordable. I will use Rooter 66 Plumbing Inc. for my future plumbing needs.

My home warranty sent router 66 to install a water heater several years ago. I was so impressed with Mario's work and expertise. I can't imagine using anyone else for my plumbing issues. Even as recent as last week I used router 66 for successful mainline Water leak repair. Keep up the good work.

I had called several other companies before I decided to give Rooter 66 a call. I had a leak in my main water line. They were courteous over the phone and explained the process very well and provided an estimate over the phone. They sent Mario out who immediately assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done. He was very professional and he made sure I understood what he was doing. I was afraid the price would be over the estimate initially provided. I was surprised to see they really did keep it between the given amount. Completely satisfied with their work.

I have never hired a plumber before but a few weeks ago, we realized we were in over our head and needed a professional. The first plumber we hired arrived and had an attitude when I asked him to wear his mask inside the house. He evaluated the situation and said he needed to go buy parts at Home Depot. He left and we got a call about an hour later that he didn't want the job. That was fine, because honestly, I didn't want him in my home. We called Rooter 66 Plumbing and Mario came out so quickly! I didn't even have to ask about the mask and he was so polite and professional! He went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for and he got everything done in one day! I mean: replaced the shower, replaced the garbage disposal and even unclogged the drain! He didn't spend time on his phone, he was focused and efficient. I would recommend Mario and Rooter 66 Plumbing to everyone! Thank you so much, Mario!

Mario showed up and swapped out my water heater. He was extremely polite and respectful. He absolutely knew what he was doing. Total time at my house was 3 hours tops, Outstanding! I was impressed. He cleaned up after himself and didn’t leave a trace, other than a brand new BradfordWhite pro grade water heater. Thank you!

12/23/24 … I called for a plumbing issue Route 66 sent one of there workers Mario A to my house in Victorville to fix the issue, he found the problem instantly and quickly got it fixed. Got my toilets running again. Would recommend 100%

Mario was promptly on time and was very professional, after replacing the controller and gas valve on my water heater, he thoroughly checked everything to make sure it works properly.

Mario is the best! He is always on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, his work is very neat and precise. His pricing is fair and reasonable. He has expertly installed for me bathroom faucets, new toilets, repaired old ones and done bathtub repairs. He also trenched and ran a new line at my sister's home to clear a backup in the shower of her upstairs bath. But today he ran a new line to carry away the condensation when I use my air conditioner. If the air conditioning company had done it the cost would have been astronomical. So, I'm glad I had Mario take care of it. He analyzed the matter fully before drilling a hole and the placement of the new condensation drain line. Obviously, he is very skilled and capable having been a plumber for a number of years. I'm very happy with Mario's expertise and Rooter 66 Plumbing. I highly recommend them.
