Water heater went out on Sunday morning, hubby re-lit it and later was out again. Turned out it was 17 years old and needed to be replaced. Cardinal came out within 30 mins of being called on a Sunday night. Then called at 8:30 the next morning to inform me they would be ready in 40 minutes to install and bring our entire unit up to code. Sure enough, they were on time, friendly, and professional. In Ridgecrest it is a pain to get any companies to get back to you, let alone get you on their schedule in a reasonable time. We have hot water and will definitely use them again!

I’ve had three experiences with Cardinal Plumbing over the past two months. Each time it was Danny that came out. First visit he correctly diagnosed a bad “tankless” water heater. Second visit he installed a new one, and the whole thing took less than an hour. This last visit to our house he fixed the water heater, it was making a weird noise.
The long/short of it is Cardinal Plumbing is a top-notch outfit and I HIGHY recommend Danny. Great job guys 👍🏻

Thank you Jeff for your hard work and Danny for finding a solution for my Moen faucet. I haven’t received my bill yet so will post more later. Regardless it’s better than it was before for sure even though through no fault of cardinals it’s not a complete fix.

They were able to come out the day after I called and fixed the problem quickly. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing needs

The work involved 2 toilets and a tub, with one of the toilets being a rocker.
The toilet had been replaced and worked on several times the past few years, but no one had actually fixed it. Cardinal Plumbing did get it fixed, going the extra mile of adding fast drying cement to get the ring and flange to sit properly and attach properly to the toilet. Because the floor is uneven, he used additional supplies that he cut to fit that took care of the last of the in-balance.
For the first time in years, the toilet is properly fixed, it no longer rocks, and there is no leaking. The other 2 items were small issues, that he also fixed quickly and thoroughly.
The workman that came out was knowledgeable, fast but thorough, and very professional. Based on the work he did, with the skill he displayed, I will return to Cardinal Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

I had a stubborn hair ball stopping up the shower that didn't respond to 2 bottles of Draino, numerous attempts with a plunger, and a hair removing hook. After struggling with it for the better part of a week, I called Cardinal. They squeezed me in at the end of the day on a Friday. When it appeared they may be later than originally estimated, they called back to make sure I knew and was OK with it. Not wanting to deal with ankle deep water over the weekend, I was willing to wait. They arrived within 10 minutes of the original timeframe. I had gotten an estimate over the phone so I knew approximately what to expect. When the tech came, he got right to work and retrieved the hairball that had eluded all my attempts. He was in and out in 15 minutes or less, cleaned up the area where he worked and didnt charge me as much as I was expecting. It was a relief to have the shower fixed and it wasnt a fortune. I will definately use Cardinal again.

I got service the same day! They did an awesome job and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg! Will use them from now on always!!!

I am very please with work that was done to unplug my kitchen sink. He was fast, never made a big mess & what was done while unplugging was cleaned up. Yes I would recommend Cardinal Plumbing to anyone & if needed I will call them again.

They did an excellent job on putting in the new water heater in place of the old, leaking one. They were thorough and paid attention to details. I will definitely call them again if the need arises.

Jeff from Cardinal came this morning and put in a new water heater for us. He was right on time and supplied extra parts we needed. he was friendly and fast. He explained the process as he went along as he had to reroute pipes. It was a total of 178 that included a senior discount. We give them an A and would call them again if ever needed.

We've used Cardinal Plumbing several times. They've always been punctual, done quality work, and very responsive to our questions. They weren't out to make the almighty dollar. In fact this time the plumber told us no need to spend the money and wait. Great service.

Our cooler wasn’t getting the proper amount of water due to an old rusted, broke down pipe. The house was reaching 90 degrees and with the weather being over 110 degrees we needed someone quick. We called Cardinal and they were over within an hour. We have an older house so things tend to be out of date and not up to today’s needs. Dan explained What the problem was and what we needed for everything to work properly and quickly fixed us up. He was friendly, professional and fast. We are very grateful to Dan and Cardinal Plumbing for taking care of our problem so quickly!

We live about 20 mins from RC, but our plumber arrived very close to the appointment time. Got right to work after my confirming what the work order said. We knew the job (actually three) was difficult but not only did he finish quicker than we had anticipated, but tested everything, cleaned up, and disposed of all the old parts. Professional, respectful, and personable. The bill was actually much less than we expected, too. Highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing.

Their team was superburb & found the problem with my plumbing/faucet— ironically my water heater broke a week later & they rushed right out on an emergency & have helped me while being after hours. These guys are very knowledgeable, friendly and fast. The prices are the same as everyone else in RC. We will always use them when we need them again. I recommend them & appreciate them. Had a clog in my kitchen sink. They were able to come and fix it the day I called. They were kind, courteous, and professional. Will definitely be calling back if I get another clog. Thank you guys!

We needed an old water heater replaced in our home and Cardinal was able to schedule us in very quickly to get the job done! The man that came out was respectful, courteous, and efficient. He cleaned up when the job was done and even hauled our old water heater away for us! 10/10 we will definitely be using Cardinal again!
