Mike rescued me before the snow hit... he was AWESOME 💯....I highly recommend them...

Very professional and friendly. Came out New Years Eve and was quick to fix our heater. Great company.

Was really cold when my heater went out , it is not always easy to get parts quickly in this area. They went out of their way to get my heater up and running as quickly as possible.

I have never had an issue with wicks they come out yearly to do maintenance on our heater and do a fine job. I'm sorry people have had issues but in regards to maintenance they are good.

I am very impressed with Wicks. I have a small hotel in the area with numerous forced air heaters and air conditioners. Wicks always comes immediately and does a fine job repairing any problem that I have. I highly recommend this company

Mike is the best! Said he'd be at our home in an hour and he was. Fixed our furnace in a short period of time and was pleasant to chat with while he was working.

My heating went out at 1:00 in the morning on a snowy day. I called Wicks, they
were here at noon; it was the motor. Being on Social Security, I couldn't afford the estimated cost-about $900. The owner(?) said he'd look in his inventory & see if there was a used motor. At 5-ish Raul(?) came, with the used motor, installed it, & I have heat! $261.!! Thank you Thank you to Wicks!

I scheduled an appointment for Thursday for furnace checkup, Tech came Saturday. No big deal for me. The Teach was very very knowledgeable about furnace systems. He showed me everything I needed to do to make furnace safer. Cleaned the filter. He really took the time to explain the whole thing to me. I think this business gets a bad rap because maybe they need an office manager. Otherwise, was pleased with knowledgeable rep that came to my house.

I have had great experience with this company. I called this morning at 7 with a heating problem. Mike said he would have his service man come by and take a look first thing. Service man was there at 8:15. Small problem he fixed in about 20 min. This was the second time they helped me.I could not be happier!

Quoted me $1100 for new wall heater and install. Gave credit card # for deposit til he returned to finish patch work. Never returned and finished wall repair. Charged my credit card $1700. Should of read reviews first, he seems to send same reply to everyone..

Would give no stars if it were possible. Do not use this company. They are not sincere & will rip you off.

be carful they have no workers comp for there employees and this company is just a joke look up there license number under the contractors state license board, license number is 478242, to back this information up this is bad name for small businesses so lets do a favor and not keep these people in business

Mike is unprofessional and lies about when he’s going to show up. He’s angry and rude. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE. MIKE'S APOLOGIES ARE POINTLESS. DOES WORK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND OVER BILLS YOU. THEN THREATENS TO REMOVE THE MATERIALS!

Reckless driving on the mountain, almost rearended us , then YELLED PROFANITIES.
When I called to complain they continued the profanities while driving and talking on the phone
Get this company off the mountain!

Completely misled us on how much the final charge was going to be. Intentionally misled us on the total price, and the quality of the work was horrendous, it looked like an amateur job. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

Previous 1 star reviews are spot on. Mike is arrogant and unprofessional. The business in general is very unorganized and the quality of work is questionable at best. Look for a more professional company.

I feel I have been ripped off. Mike went to our cabin to fix the heating on Dec. 26. He told me the problem is caused by somebody who had turned off the gas meter. He turned it back on and charged me Holiday rate at $283!
