We are super appreciative of Raul and Pinnacle. We had some service done on our house by another plumber. Not sure what happened, and I do not believe the first plumber was being malicious in any way, but we lost water pressure and noticed dirt within the water. We also heard running water, needless to say we were super bummed. We called the other plumber, and they came back out the next morning, and told us our main line had a leak from the street to the house, and quoted us a very large price to fix. We sought a second opinion and contacted Pinnacle, and others, for help and a quote. Most of the other plumbers including Pinnacle stated that we likely did not need to do this full repair as the first plumber stated. Raul came out, took a look, found the leak and fixed it in an hour. I forgot how much I take for granted running water! Thank you, Raul and Pinnacle!

Steve and David came to change our old water heater, which was leaking. Upon inspection they immediately noticed that the leak was coming from a hidden pipe, not the actual water heater. They could have decided to charge us for a new water heater (larger profit for them) but were very honest and instead recommended to fix the pipe (easy fix/small expense). Highly recommended! The company is responsive, fast, honest, they know what they're doing. Thanks, Steve, we will meet again!

We cannot say enough about Pinnacle Plumbing. They were not only excellent at doing the plumbing work for us but were also very nice folks, quite thorough, and reasonable in their rates. I strongly recommend them for both our personal and business needs.

Sy and his assistant, Aiden, not only solved my plumbing issues, they did it in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. They patiently answered every question I had and answered them comprehensively. They also demonstrated respect for my home and property. I have no doubt that I'll be calling them first whenever I have a plumbing need.

Pinnacle worked at getting me a plumber quickly. Sy and Aiden were two friendly and knowledgeable plumbers that were persistent at resolving my blocked drain 25 feet under the house. They had very competitive pricing, having compared them to 4 other companies. They will be my first choice in the future.

Sy Williams from Pinnacle Plumbing came by when we had an upstairs toilet that suddenly leaked until we turned water off. He diagnosed that an old seal had failed. He replaced the seal, removed an even older seal on bottom, and added silicone. He then augured it as there was also a blockage. Everything is perfect now. He also gave me a quick advice about our downstairs shower faucets that could be repaired at a later date without taking out part of the wall. I will schedule that later.
I was very happy with Sy and also with their dispatch that was able to get the toilet fixed on less that 4 hours when I reaching out for help. Thank you Pinnacle!! 😃

Aiden and Sy did a great job installing gas line for our generator. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Raul and Danyelle coordinated the work to make sure it was done properly and timely. We are very happy we chose Pinnacle Plumbing!!

Sy & Sean did a fantastic job putting in new cooper pipes, water discharge, and exhaust vent for our washer/dryer install. They were friendly, clean, thorough, and kept us updated throughout the process. Raul was great when he came out to give us the bid. The project involves three stories, a buildout, some false walls, and a closet. Great work Pinnacle!

Thank you so much Pinnacle Plumbing!! Our sewer ejector pump gave out last Tuesday and Tyler and David both came out so fast. We are so grateful for those two!! They knew what that problem was right away and even helped us get into the door where the pump was located since it was stuck shut with a bunch of nasty dirt and sewer water! They were so helpful and polite even though it was so gross and stinky down there. After a bunch of back and forth with the owners, Tyler and David both came out again last minute to get the work done. They were fast, efficient, tested everything out before they left and were very knowledgeable about so much information. They worked so hard and I would have them back again. Best on the mountain for sure!! Reliable and trustworthy! 10 stars thank you Pinnacle, Tyler, and David!!! Good work!

When it’s important to get the job done right the first time, I call Pinnacle. Then, I don’t have to worry about a problem cropping up later on and having a redo. Tyler and Ortiz came to my house and replaced a stubborn, rusted 1970s kitchen faucet with a new modern one. It wasn’t so easy but they remained professional and polite. This whole company is wonderful and it’s locally owned, family owned and it feels good to support their business. Go Pinnacle!
