Several months ago I hired Spradcon to perform foundation, structural, and concrete upgrades to a building that I own in the Sacramento Delta region. I appreciate that Brian listened to my concerns, and allowed me to participate in the planning process, so that the historic nature of the building is maintained and preserved. Last, and perhaps most important, Spradcon's employees were fast and efficient, and performed their work with great care and skill.

We recently hired Spradcon Builders to renovate our master bath and rebuild our deck. The results were even better than we could have imagined. Brian has a way of imagining things in his head and drawing them out, which was really helpful, as it’s hard for me to get a picture in my mind of the final result. He also has the best employees. They’re always polite and attentive to any questions. Special shoutout to Rachel, who’s always available at the office for any questions or finessing of details.

I used them for a kitchen remodel. From the first contact they were very professional, knowledge and helpful in the entire process. They were always open for input from the customer wants but helpful with guidance in areas I needed more help. They were always on time and left the job site clean (since we were living in the home during this time). The crews were very meticulous with whatever task they were doing during the remodel.
