Carlos and his crew were very professional. The price for our fix he did for us was very reasonable and he worked in a timely manner which was a plus us. Our hot water was back working in no time. I'll definitely recommend him to friends and family in the area. He's became my go to guy. Thanks guys

Ricardo came out ans was sent by lennar. Awesome service. He got the hot water to come out of the kitchen faucet and got us a little more pressure as well. Ricardo was professional and fast!

If you get injured, they will not pay. No good.

The plumbers are nice but the customer service is garbege. The front desk keep helping me transfer to the customer service but no one answer the phone. I guess their customer service department only work 10mins per day

The only reason these people are getting one star is because Google doesn’t let you give them zero. My builder called them out to fix a leaking hot water line under warranty. The plumber fixed the leak saying the cause was that the hot water heater was on too high of a setting. Hmmmm. Ok. He refused to give me his card telling me to call the office. This was on a Friday. We noticed that evening we had no water pressure. Clearly this guy didn’t check his work. We couldn’t get them on the line all weekend. Besides our own sanitation needs, my 91 year-old dementia stricken parents live with us. It was a difficult weekend to say the least. When we finally reached them on Monday, the woman answering the phone said they no longer do business with the builder and would not come back out and look at the problem. Had she been in the office Friday she wouldn’t have sent anyone out to begin with. Well I understand that’s against state code which requires contractors to honor warranties for four years. I explained to her the situation with my parents. She just kept repeating she no longer did business with the builder. We finally got the kid who did the work on the phone Tuesday morning (day 4 without pressure). His response—-you have too many sinks and showers hooked up to the lines. Really?! Only been in the house three years. Funny we hadn’t experienced that before! We got a different plumber to come out Wednesday luckily as most plumbers where booked up for days and weeks. He fixed the problem in 3 hours. Need I say more. In total no pressure for 5 days.

We have the unfortunate luck of being forced to use this plumbing company due to them having a contract with our home builder. We put in a service request and never heard from them. After a week we called and Catherine, who was extremely rude and said they were about to call us today. Sure Jan. The plumber they sent was unable to fix the issue of the hot water taking over 3 min to get hot and recommended we get under sink water heater. They didn’t even try to adjust the shower valve. Absolutely a waste of time. Would not recommend.

Douglas construction created a water leak at our service meter while they were pulling boxes and resetting. They left and tried to backfill without fixing the leak. They said they did not Break it they had the line apart. There’s no other way. It could’ve broke even broke the lever to turn the water off. So Pacific production plumbing came out said they fixed it cut the pipe going to our waterline to the back did not repair it. They ended up coming back three times because the leak was never fixed and they never repaired and put back the waterline that they cut out the third time they came. They finally hooked everything back up and instead of flushing, the line that had mud in it they just turned the water on and plugged our sprinklers in the back Did not turn on any water valves to get the air out be advised not a good company to call for repairs unprofessional.
