They just left my home. Clean, on time, pricing was perfect. I'm glad my mother referred them to me. Others could not find parts and fix my ac. Everyone wanted to replace my system at $14,000 minimum . Only deco fixed it. Saved me thousands. Thanks guys.

Thanks for coming out so quickly 🙌 After calling our regular guy to no avail, we then searched for a business that would be open weekends, and we stumbled upon this lil gem. Called them (Saturday night)and we had communication within minutes. Set up next day (Sunday) and we still got their great rate of $34 for intial checkup. Appreciate the professionalism and really appreciated the tips on how to make it work its best and even some 101 on how it all works. They did a thorough inspection and went right to work until the job was completed. Fully satisfied and will now be our new go to's if and when we need Air unit service 😁

Had an Awesome Experience !! I originally had another A/C servicer come out and they told me the unit was too old and the compressor was bad and it needed to be replaced the whole unit!!! My Landlord was devastated knowing how much this unit would cost new. SO i Called Deco Air and they came out tested the unit found 1 bad Fuse, replaced it also replaced the Capacitor and WALAAAA it turned on!! , I could not believe it!! they showed me everything they did was very professional and so generous with their knowledge.. My Landlord/Owner was EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to them for their honesty. Will definatelty refer them!! Great service deserves great rewards God Bless and Thank you again for your service!!

Not all superheroes wear capes! This dynamic husband and wife duo provided excellent, fast and most importantly HONEST service to me. The fact that they worked on Sundays was great! They gave me 3 options as a solution to my problem and gave me their recommendation (and it wasnt the most expensive option out of the 3). Love how they take pride in their craft and truly care for their customers. I offered to buy them lunch (as it was noon when they worked on my unit). They graciously turned down my offer and just got the job done. Gave me tips on how to take care of my unit to avoid having to call them for something, they said, I can do myself to save money. We need more honest workers like them. I took the risk of using Google to search of A/C techs...I'm soooooo glad I found them!

Great company and the two technician showed up on time and were very professional. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. The technician walk me through what he was going to check and after he fixed it he gave me very great advice on how to care for my A.C. I really appreciate that type of customer service. Also they are fair on pricing and did not take advantage of me because of the heat. Excellent technician

Deco team was on the job fast. Explained my options thoroughly. Advised on what could be done by me if I wanted to save money. Bottom line: Timely, honest, friendly professionals. I will not hesitate to call again and I certainly do recommend them!

Wow!! My AC went out (of course when we actually hit 113 today in Riverside) and they were one of the few open 24hrs. They were here in less than 15 minutes (unbelievable), introduced themselves and asked to see the AC unit. They did their inspection, cleaned it up while educating me on proper maintenance, replaced the fuse, and done! They also inspected the inside filter (ummm I need to replace it) and their service charge . . . less than $50. I'm blown away. I own an insurance agency and will be using them again when my clients need a AC/heating referral. Excellent job, and thank you so much!

Received amazing service from DECO! They were honest and straight to the point. They got my AC running in less than 20 minutes and even gave my neighbors a helping hand. I would definitely recommend! 10/10

I had Deco come out for our heater. John and Jessee were so professional and honest, they got to work and knew what was wrong in 15 minutes😀 They charged me 1/2 of what other companies had quoted me and did not try to sell me a new furnace. Thank you Deco heating and Air! Highly recommend!👍✔💯

This family owned business does an excellent job. Besides reasonable estimates that blow away other companies, these people are conscientious, technically astute and genuinely oriented to excellent customer service. It is increasingly difficult to hire contractors that are real professionals and not pulling a scam. With Deco, you will have no worries.

Highly recommend these guys! Were on time, did great work, and charged less than the other companies I called out before them. Had all the parts on their truck and I didn't have to wait! They are AWESOME! My puppies are also very thankful! Deco ROCKS!!!

Air conditioner went out on Sunday and I called several companies to find out that they wanted over $100 just to show up at my door step. I continued my online search and found Deco. I called and they not only offered me a same day appointment, but only were going to charge me $34 to come out.I have to give this company a lot of props because while they were working the flood gates opened and the rain started. We had a flashflood warning in the area, but did not think it would happen while the technicians were working on my A/Ct. In the hot muddy rain the techs worked away with their umbrella and got us going! Thank you for your dedication and customer service. Also, thank you for your honesty and working through it all to get the job done. Not to many companies like this around anymore. They also gave me a senior discount because my elder mother in law lives with us.

Love their honesty...you don't see this everyday. This is the second time I have used Deco Heating and Air. It is 107 out today and our air went out yesterday. I called them at 10 at night and they were willing to come out then or through 2am. We elected for them to come out today and it was a fuse that popped. They didn't charge me a thing. Will definitely continue to use them.

Had my ac go out during this heat wave and they responded quickly. They came out when they said they would and repaired my ac within the hour. Great customer service great communication and we're very promt. Thank you deco air

We were without air conditioning and have several animals who were in danger of overheating in 90degree plus temperatures. DECO came out fixed our air conditioner and we're incredibly reasonably priced, all on a Friday evening, after hours with intermittent power outages. They went above and beyond. All other companies we contacted didn't have an availability for a week. They were awesome!! Highly recommend!!!

Very happy with their service! They came out early this morning before I had to leave to work to check out my air conditioner because my mother lives with us and the heat is to much plus my two little dogs. We have two units outside and the upstairs was not making any cold air. The technician repaired the air conditioner fast and reasonably priced. My neighbor recommended this company to me and I am very happy. Thank you!

DECO is absolutely professional, honest and effective. Our A/C was fixed quickly and it is working very well.

Rather than pushing us to buy a new A/C for thousands of dollars the way the previous companies tried, DECO checked the system, found the problem, fixed it and recharged the A/C. They will be recommended by us to all of our neighbors and friends.

Deco Air came out on a weekend and were able to provide same day service. We for sure thought that the service call fee would be raised and extra charges but they said it would only be $34 and they could be there in an hour! We greatly appreciate Deco coming out and
helping us out when we really needed them. We will never forget the amazing professional service we received. Definitely give this mom and pop shop a call!!!!!

Honest company! I have had quit a few idiots out to my home to check my air conditioner because it was freezing up outside. Each guy that came out to my house said my air conditioner was ruined and that there was an unrepairable leak and that I would have to change EVERYTHING! And I do mean EVERYTHING from $6,000 all the way up to $10,000 but thank goodness I could have a payment plan!? Are you kidding me!? I am not made of money. So I thought I would try Deco because of their reviews and I am so thankful I did! Not only did they fix my "unrepairable leak" by changing a core that was leaking in one of the valves, (sorry can't remember the official part name), but they vacuumed, pressure tested, and refilled the liquid in the unit. They also serviced my furnace and a.c. The technician also informed me that they are using real liquid to recharge because a lot of other shmucks out there are using a replacement and that if not done properly can ruin my unit because the oils don't work together. Thankful for them taking the time to fix my a.c. and thankful for them being honest and really looking out for the customer. They are definitely the Fix It experts. Will never use another a.c. company again!

Honest, professional, and reasonably priced. serviced my heater and refilled my air conditioner. I had work done to my patio and one of my pipes had a whole and the liquid leaked out. Deco came out, and replaced the hole and refilled my air conditioner. I am lucky they came out because they used the original liquid and not a replacement! Thank you for taking the time to do quality work and be honest with their clients. Will recommend to my congregation!!!

Very impressive team! In the middle of the heatwave they made time for us. Reviewed all options and we were so happy they could fix it. They located the very old parts needed for our old unit. They had to go get it and come back later. We were surprised it would be the same day service. They were early and they were thorough. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Deco Air!
