Grant came out to my house and did an excellent diagnostic and repair on a builder installed unit and thermostat. Super friendly guy. Really smart. Also, it's obvious immediately you can trust him and what he says. I will absolutely use this company in the future as well as giving them my highest recommendation to anyone I know who needs an HVAC co. based on Grant's visit and work. give this company my highest

I am a superintedent for a home builder & I have to say this plumbing company cares about their builders & homeowners. Quality is top notch & service is beyond amazing. They always answer their phone & give the time. Can't thank this company enough for the work they do. 11/10 truly!

Today, Isiah and Dennys came out to service my AC. They were friendly and worked quickly. In the end, they fixed my problem, and I'm happy with their service.

These negative reviews sound like they were written by people who have never been hired by 20/20. My experience was above and beyond. I own a new Tripoint build home. The original installation was done incorrectly, which is typical for the first phase of a multiphase build. Here is my experience.

You can tell a lot about a company by how they rectify a workmanship mistake. Every company or person makes mistakes; it is how they rectify the issue, implement their lessons learned, and communicate it. I am impressed with their actions and am satisfied with the result.

The issue was with my tankless water heater. The general installation was done correctly. However, the wiring needed to be corrected. 20/20 did not do the wiring, but it was a separate company. Eric (20/20's department leadership, the service manager) drove from Riverside to Huntington Beach to assess the situation, provide a solution, and ultimately decided to remediate another company's mistakes free of charge even though the house was out of warranty. WOW.

You can tell a lot about Eric's character by his choice not to tell me that he drove from Riverside in stop-and-go traffic and arrived on time to fix my problem. I only found out by asking one of his employees where the company is located and connected the dots about Eric's efforts and commute. He was at my house for 30 minutes even though his drive round trip was over 2 hours. Nikko, his employee who originally heard my issue, was able to communicate to Eric what the problem was and was genuinely vested in my problem, showing the same concern as I felt. Empathy is rarely experienced by vendors and contractors when something is wrong.

After the visit, he contacted me promptly. He gave me a reasonable lead time for material procurement and installation remediation.

I recommend 20/20 for your plumbing and leak assessment needs. Ignore the majority of these negative reviews. They are written by people who were not customers but were part of a bandwagon of a single negative review made by an influencer company.

Juan Carlos came to help us with a compressor issue on a new AC unit. The first compressor was an issue, and he quickly got a replacement unit and came back out to take care of it. Top Notch service and expertise from this gentleman!

Kind of surprised by the reviews online and sad to see but can say this is not the quality of service we have received on multiple instances. Christian has been and is such a solid manager who came out and was very transparent and helped out more than 4-5 times and each time was a great display quality care and professionalism.
Appreciate the service and communication he has every team he comes to help out. Thank you Christian!

Amazing experience with 20/20 HVAC Service team! Rudy was out and installed halo LED lights. He was very professional and efficient. furthermore, he completed the job in a very timely manner and provided me with excellent customer service!

The technicians were a bit delayed with communication and coming out for a quote, but once the ball was rolling i was very happy with their services. I had my a/c, heating and ducting fully replaced and they were done same day. It works great and they left their workplaces cleaner than they found it!

The majority of the negative reviews on here have nothing to do with their services (it all seems to be related to a singular technician getting into an argument in front of a crowd so they slandered the business. Nothing to do with their a/c and heating)

We purchased our brand new Lennar home just over a year ago and unfortunately our AC compressor went out. Our builder was very unhelpful, as we were just past the 1 year warranty, but they referred us to 20/20 (the installing company). We spoke with the manager, Rudy, who was very sympathetic to our situation and did his best to help us right away. He expedited our new compressor and did what he could to get us a fair price for the labor since only parts were under warranty. We received another quote from a local company that was twice as much as 20/20’s quote.

The tech came out on the scheduled date and within the scheduled time frame. He was very professional and made sure to answer all of our questions. He also made sure our AC was running correctly once he was done.

While this wasn’t an ideal situation for us to be in, we appreciated the honesty and professionalism we encountered in working with Rudy and the rest of the team at 20/20.

Reached out to 20/20 for a plumbing issue that came about due to a poorly designed valve(manufacture defect). Matt and Eddie understood the issue and resolved it in a timely manner. 20/20 showed me that they want to serve their customer to the best of their abilities. Clear communication and an issue that was fixed in a timely manner. Appreciate the help 20/20

They are very unprofessional. They don't respect constitution. They violates public rights..... I gave 1 star but now I have increased the star to 4 because they accepted their fault and they got educated on people's rights.. so...

They fixed a leak and replaced drywall rather quickly, technicians were good guys. The appointment setter was respectful as well.

Just watched a video on YouTube about this company. From the management owners all the way down to the RUDE employees I would be embarrassed!. Even that little punk boy that threw something at the guy filming it what a little.

Bought a brand new home from Woodside Homes and our house almost caught fire because of the poor workmanship and hack work this contractor provides. I suggest if anyone needs repair and or new installation to look elsewhere. I wish I could post a picture of the bad workmanship these people do here in my review. But I did post a picture on this website.

I can’t believe how much of a hurry your workers are in. Literally came in speeding to Starbucks drive through, cut me off just to be first in line. People ought to remember when they are driving a company truck they are representing YOUR company! Very unprofessional. Driver 26800N2

Not reliable as drivers cause damage to others when instructed by management dept. to deny, deny, deny. On 8-28-17 at 2.40pm on 60 freeway eastbound one driver was busy on cell to notice a 4 foot tire tread by slowing down to avoid, instead drove over it at regular speeds kicking it up causing damage to my vehicle! Unfortunately, Kristal who is in charge of handling these issues is avoiding liability by saying sorry. So people think twice before contracting a company with poor morals and judgement.

Extremely aggressive employees and managers/supervisors don’t hold no accountability and there own employees don’t even respect them

They don't know how to treat the public and obviously customers if thats the way the owners and employees act disgraceful company, and employees. I would avoid this company at all costs!!

I hope you fired ever person that had something to say in that audit video on YouTube you know the one im sure. you’re business will most likely crumble if you don’t best of luck and it was really sad I couldn’t even tell who was in charge of all those employees any right minded person wouldn’t have allowed that to happen
