Mike was extremely professional and took his time trying to figure out and diagnose the issues we've been having. After having multiple companies out and not telling us what exactly was wrong. We finally gave up. The unit was brand new when we bought out house 9 years ago. And we haven't been able to get much use out of the unit. He explained in detail what needed to be done first. Before anything else. Parts were ordered and he will be out again soon to replace. Highly recommend.

Kendrick installed a Bosch heat pump for me. They did a great job from the beginning to end. Customer service was great. The office updated me on arrival times for both the initial inspection of my old system, and start of my new system. New system works great. I would recommend this company, if you need a new HVAC system.

Tyler just provided us with an estimate for a new HVAC system, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our options clearly and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. We truly appreciated his honesty and the level of detail he provided. His transparency, expertise, and courteous demeanour made the entire process seamless and informative.

Kendrick has been a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier with their services. We've dealt with multiple technicians and each on has been professional and courteous. Getting quotes can be hassle but Kendrick stood out from the rest by making the process easy for us by diagnosing problems with our old system, explaining potential solutions and products and fair pricing where you don't feel like you're paying an arm and leg. Their work has been top notch so far without any hiccups and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Had a great experience with Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and spoke with Wade, who was quick to assist and connected us with their tech, Tyler. Tyler came out promptly, assessed our situation, and walked us through several options. Initially, we planned to go with the most affordable route and have them repair our 20+ year-old unit, which they were more than willing to do. However, after some thought, we decided to replace the unit entirely.

The install team was fantastic—efficient, professional, and incredibly transparent about their work. They worked quickly, kept everything clean, and made the whole process stress-free.

Well, my AC capacitor decided to liberate itself ON the 4th of July. Yay. Tyler came out after the holiday and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was knowledgeable, let me ask him a slew of questions, and didn't try to do any hard sales push. Though he did let us know about their maintenance contracts. Because of that we signed up for a year of maintenance service with them. I thought the price was reasonable. Also, if you sign up, you get priority in the queue if you have to call them out to fix something. You also get a discount on parts. Not bad. Would definitely recommend them

I’ll never use another HVAC group again. The technician, Mike, did an awesome job. I’ve had some companies try to “sell me” on upgrades, warranties, etc - Mike was very transparent and didn’t try to sell me on anything. Kendrick also came in about $600 cheaper than one of their neighbors. Highly recommend!

Mike from Kendrick came out to our house today to service our A/C unit. We have been having problems with a few of our rooms being significantly warmer than the rest of the house. Mike was prompt, kind, honest, and extremely thorough. 3 other companies have not been able to help, but Mike diagnosed the problem and tonight all rooms feel cool and amazing for the first time in a long time. Kendrick will not be my go to company for any issues. Thank you!

Great company! We've used them for several years for our annual heater/AC inspections. They're always reliable, friendly and are reasonably priced. We just had our 25 year old HVAC system replaced and Kendrick did a great job.

Service call of $89 was fair along with the parts charge of $80 plus. What wasn’t told to us in the beginning was the labor cost of $325 for 20 minutes or less of installation.
Such a total ripoff. I strongly do not recommend a company that doesn’t tell you their labor fee upfront.
The owner Jordan called us and listened patiently as I told about our above mentioned experience. When I was finished, he told me that is not how his company does business. He apologized for our experience and refunded the entire amount of the transaction. To me that was very standup and pretty amazing. Most companies would say sorry and move on. This family owned business believes in doing the right thing by their customers and stands behind their commitment of being a reputable business.

In a nutshell, Kendrick Heating & Air's installation of a new heat pump greatly improved the comfort and energy efficiency of my home, deftly undertaken with the utmost of professionalism, and followed-up the entire permitting process. Every step of the process was explained to me with every answer available from their technical staff, no later than a day after posing a question.

My early 2000s home had its original air conditioning and gas furnace, and the Roseville summers greatly taxed its ability to keep my home cool. Around March, I began researching various HVAC installers, seeking skilled servicers that can replace my system with a heating/cooling heat pump, to take advantage of cheaper Roseville Electric rates.

When I called Kendrick Heading & Air for a quote on a Friday, they were able to book the on-site appointment for the following Wednesday to accommodate my schedule. And after committing to the invoice on the following Thursday, the installation was scheduled for the upcoming Tuesday. Not even 10 days passed between initial phone call to functioning system.

At the beginning of April, as the heating season wanes, I was elated to have a new Mitsubishi 3-ton heat-pump installed and with a new Ecobee thermostat. Specifically, I was in contact with Jordan as to the technical capabilities of this thermostat, and he was supremely helpful in advising me how I could best adjust it to suit my particular needs.

Now writing this review in August, through the peak of the summer season, I can confirm that the heat pump functions exactly as expected, cooling my home down with capacity to spare on even the warmest days.

I have no qualms that Kendrick Heating & Air will be there to maintain my new system should any issues arise in future, and that's further bolstered by the 10 year independent labor warranty they included with their quote. They gave me the best price of the five installers I called, had the quickest installation schedule, and knew the system's technical details inside-and-out. They even offered a small discount for paying by check. I have nothing but praise for this company and their service.

Technician was clean, well groomed and personable. My wife and I were well pleased with his work.

My condenser shut down and it was going to be hot. I reached out via Yelp and Kendrick responded almost immediately. I called Jessica and she scheduled Mike for the next day, a Saturday. Mike came diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. He also explained why it happened and things I could do in the future to keep the unit running more efficiently. I was so impressed. I actually ended up signing up with their service plan, which was also very reasonably priced.

My HVAC system was limping along for a couple years. I called Kendrick Heating and Air, and the technician came out, assessed the system, and gave us a variety of options, to choose from. We chose the option that fit our needs the best, and was able to get our system replaced in a few days time. The crew was awesome and had us taken care of in one day. Couldn’t be more happy.

They take pix of what they’re working on so I can see the results. It’s great to have a company that I can trust to get the job done fairly and quickly.

Kendrick replaced our three head mini split system and found that the original installer made many mistakes. Even though they ended up spending twice the amount of time on the install, they honored their bid and did not charge us a penny more. The crew was great - very knowledgeable, courteous, and super friendly. The owner even came to help out so that the job could be completed in one day, as promised.

Because they are an Elite Fujitsu dealer, our warranty is extended by two years. They also offer a ten year warranty on labor - unheard of. We have a lot of confidence in this company and know that they will stand by their work.

Installing mini splits is tricky. I wouldn’t trust another company to do this - we are definitely customers for life. Highly recommend!!
