This was my first encounter with Rocklin Service. Clayton was very professional. He was very thorough; did service on our heater system that no other company has done. I'm very pleased.

The technician called ahead to let me know he was coming. He was very friendly and efficient. He answered a couple of questions I had. He said he was going to send some info on a product that was available but no pressure. I am very happy with the work and I like to support a local company.

Have had nothing but good to say about Rocklin Heating & Air and have recommended their services to others.
I requested a quote on replacing HVAC system. Brad answered my questions and based on what I asked, made some excellent suggestions. Gave me honest quotes and was not ‘pushy’ at all. I was appreciative of the consultation.

Had my heater maintenance service done this morning with Mark. Very nice man. Professional and knowledgeable. Had a few issues with the heater, like it wasn't working, but they scheduled me for the next day to get a part replaced. Great company.

Mark was excellent! He arrived early (after calling to check that was ok), was very thorough, explained the issues, replaced my filters for me, and was just a great guy. We will be signing up for the maintenance plan to ensure our unit is running smoothly.

Chris from Rocklin Heating & Air came out to diagnose a problem with my heater overheating. He was able to troubleshoot and make an adjustment to the gas flow. The service fee was reasonable. Chris suggested we swap out the high limit switch since it could be worn out due to tripping frequently, but was not pushy about it. My experience with Chris made me feel like Rocklin Heating & Air is trustworthy and because of this I would definitely recommend them!

Great service from start to finish. Brad, who was our initial contact with RHA, was great to work with. He was very patient and explained everything thoroughly including options and all in laymen’s terms. The installers, Cameron, Dillon, and Alex were on time, worked diligently, explained the new thermostat, answered all our questions and did a good job of cleaning up and respecting our property. We will recommend RHA.

Joe, your technician, is a very thorough and honest individual; a true professional and who we found to be very knowledgeable in his trade. Joe, diagnosed the source of the problem we have and quickly resolved the issue. It was our pleasure to have met Joe today. The HVAC heat pump system was installed today. The 2 install techs, Low & Victor did a great job. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They were conscientious about keeping my house clean during the install and did a thorough clean up after completion.

Making an appointment for a service call was a breeze. Tommy, scheduled us right away and was very efficient while taking all pertinent customer information. Our service technician, Iman, was very professional, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend this company for any/all HVAC needs.

The tech that showed up to do our hvac maintenance was not the most polished appearing individual but looks can be deceiving. He was informative, knowledgeable, and super polite. We felt very comfortable with him in our home. He is definitely a keeper!

The crew took care of my home as they worked. Took time to explain what they did. Very willing to go the extra mile, even to the point offering to pay for the light and fan in the master bedroom which doesn’t work now! I will see what the electrician says is wrong if my grandson can’t find the problem. And your pricing was very good!

I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Rocklin Heating & Air on December 30, 2025, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. The installation team—Cameron, Dylan, and Z—were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic job ensuring everything was set up correctly and running perfectly before they left. I called Rocklin as part of obtaining quotes for AC or entire HVAC system replacement. Brad arrived timely, assessed the system, and provided me with a number of quotes in combinations I had requested. He thoroughly and clearly explained my current system with pictures, the options he was offering, and his recommendation. Offering competitive pricing, high quality equipment, presented in a very personable and professional manner.

Update: I ended up having Rocklin install a complete new HVAC system. Let me just say that their service is exceedingly strong. For example, they take calls and have technicians that work on weekends! You can get good equipment from any number of sources, but the expertise and especially the customer service to make sure all expectations are met is absolutely first rate from this company. I’m very glad I chose Rocklin Heating & Air.

Another update, called for service because the thermostat was not showing accurate temperature. Service person came out very promptly and adjusted it. Fixed the problem and explained exactly how and why. Excellent follow up service from this company as well.

One last update: because It gets so hot on the west side of my house that the material that wraps around the end of the AC line going into the house Partially melted, so Rocklin sent someone and they wrapped UV proof tape around the whole business. Quick care for an unforeseen circumstance, 5 minutes in and out and done.

Iman came through and did a thorough inspection of our heater. He identified the issue and what part needed to be replaced. Went out of his way to get our part to us as soon as it was available. He did a quick replacement. Checked throughout the house to make sure both zones were working properly. I appreciate his transparency and quick work.

On the coldest spell of the year, the furnace in our 22-year-old HVAC quit. Rocklin Heating & Air was able to send the help to restart the unit. With our immediate needs met, the technician presented us with replacement part(s) for the present unit, or a choice of new HVACs. Given the scarcity of parts for the old HVAC, now and especially in the future, we decided to opt for a new HVAC. Our order placed, we only had to wait a short time for the new HVAC. The installation process was finished in a short period of time, with no hassle, or complications. The technicians, and company support helped guide us through the testing and permit process. My wife and I couldn't be happier.
