Gio came out to the house and serviced the AC today. Great young man, very friendly. Very knowledgeable.

Tech was on time. Neat and presented himself well. Well spoken and easy to understand. Did the job efficiently and well. Explained the results of the check clearly. Did a good job of selling the advantages of a contract. However I will not do that at this time.

Tech Amber was knowledgeable, deficient and very polite. She explained what she found with the heating system and various options. Highly recommend this technician.

Gio was friendly, informative,and prompt. My appointment was scheduled for 3 to 7 window and he was ringing my doorbell a bit before 3!! No waiting for hours.

Sam did the first time inspection of heater and AC system and provided a full report of system status. He was efficient and patient explaining the information. Great service.

My heating system stopped working. Service Champions scheduled a technician to come at my requested time. Brandon was friendly, professional, diagnosed the problem, explained it well and presented options for me. I scheduled a follow up appointment for possibly replacing my old system. I highly recommend this company.

Been with Service Champions now for over 10 yrs. They are fair and reasonable. Service staff are great! Sam is very observant and identified potential issues not related to ac maintenance which is helpful to a homeowner to look into for early detection issues so you're not in disaster mode.

Despite coming a half hour late from the original 9am to 1pm window, we were happy to get a next day appointment to have our 3 year old Lennox AC repaired. Our tech Alex arrived and was very professional. He diagnosed the failed thermostat quickly and left to get a replacement. Shortly he returned and installed the new unit. System is now running great! Warranty covered everything. Thank you

Great services, looked over all of my unit’s I’m a timely manner. Then explained anything unusual or the good about my equipment. Explains the checklist and rating of each one of them. Thank you services Champion a job well done like always!

Alex came to troubleshoot a problem with my furnace not turning on. They. Arrived on time and found my problem quickly. Pressure switch was clogged with mud from nesting yellow jackets. Alex was very polite and explained the repair process. I ended up getting a twice yearly maintenance plan. These guys are top notch and a great service outfit.

We had Sam Z out to our place for an AC tuneup. He did a great job, thoroughly inspecting everything and even gave us a free heater tuneup while he was out! He was respectful and courteous and for $58 it was a great value for the time he spent.

Amber was personable, professional and achieved a discount for me on a new water heater that I couldn't seem to save enough for, fast enough for, before it's complete breakdown. Then it was installed a couple of days later by Christian: quick, easy, no fuss, no mess, and a great price.

My tankless water heater was not producing hot water, the technician Patrick stayed online until he got answers. He had to order a part but in the meantime got the hot water to come on, then showed us how to make it come back on if it went out. Patrick ordered the part and will call him when it arrives to replace it. Service champion will be highly recommended.

I was kept updated as to the arrival of my technician, Gio. He was very professional and friendly. He educated me on how to care for my outdoor AC unit and the reasons for flushing my water heater. This was a very good experience. Service Champions and Gio are amazing!

Amber was very professional and knowledgeable. She completed the system tuneup quickly and suggested a system deep cleaning. We were very happy with her work!

They came to my house sooner than the other two companies that I called. The man that was working on my heater, knew what he was doing was very courteous answered every question that I had so that I could understand. He had good advice about everything that needed to be done now and in the future.I can’t say enough good things about him.

He had a very professional attitude and he know his job. He explained everything to you and taking his time with me. I will prefer him to friends and coworkers. Outstanding worker!!!
