Hans DBA Class Act Plumbing replaced a water heater for me yesterday at a small rental house I manage in downtown Lincoln. Price was fair and he was able to squeeze the job into his busy schedule on the same day I called. Both tenants and I were very happy with the result! I've been managing rentals for over 30 years now but due to a recent move I have not yet developed a network of reliable and honest repair people. Now I can honestly say that next time I need a plumber I will call Hans. He is now my "go to" guy here in Lincoln. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is a real old school "class act". Next time I need a plumber, Hans at Class Act Plumbing will be my first call.

Class Act saved the day! Our 17 yr old water heater decided to die. Hans came out even though he was swamped (no pun intended) with people needing A/C during the heat wave. He got a new unit installed the next day. Sadly, the manufacturer didn't have Hans' quality and after the "authorized repairman" couldn't get it working, Hans pulled the bad one out and installed another new one which is working great! Thank you, Hans, for great response and superior customer service!

Hans is a real Class Act! He is thorough and gets the job done on time (water heater repair). He even left me with a wrench to handle shutting off the gas outside should I ever need it. Thanks Hans for the help!
