I have solar with a backup battery. My house has a sump pump which pumps out water that gathers under the house. Unfortunately, the sump pump is not backed by one of the load zones so I didn't want a flooded sub basement during this rainy season of January 2023 and if there's a power outage.

James the owner came out and made an assessment and came out the next day. He really knows what he is doing by the looks of the pictures. He also marked each circuit so I can see which one is connected to each room and plug. This is good to know.

The original company Sunrun made me jump thru hoops and scheduled an appointment a week out, which meant I had the risk of a flooded sub basement if the power went out.

James and his assistant did a great job; even wore little booties when in the house.

Highly recommended.

Had a main panel replaced. B.A. Electric took care of all of the permitting and inspections and coordinated with PG&E to make the process as smooth as possible for us! Great job!

In Northern California’s latest round of storms, our redwood trees lost branches that landed directly on our power lines, pulling the wires out from our house and onto the ground, exposing live wires. PG&E repaired the lines and discovered the wires from the roof to our panel was damaged. I called the team at BA Electric that night and they showed up the next morning, fixing the problem and did so quickly and professionally! We have a new electrician that gives us a high level of confidence and concern for our safety!! Give this team a try, you will not be disappointed!

James came out and fixed our electrical problem quickly. He was very helpful and kind. I will definitely use BA electric for my future electric needs.

Company is easy to work with - providing a free evaluation and proposal to replace unsafe Zinco electrical panels with modern Eaton equipment making our home much safer from fire danger caused by the old panels. Work was done on schedule by a professional electrician. They took care of all the details coordinating with PG&E as well as the County permit department. Highly recommended for the tough projects.

B&A answered my phone call live and listened to general details of the electrical issue. Noting request of some urgency, B&A provided a timeframe for response (that same day), and suggested they would contact me if completion of previous jobs allowed them to respond earlier. They did and the urgent job at our property was completed promptly and successfully. P.S. My family very much enjoyed meeting the bashful, but completely wiggly little pup Harley. Well behaved and full of electric Love.

They were able to squeeze me in last minute and installed a plug-in outlet for me in my washer and dryer room and my two bathrooms. I was having my washer and dryer installed the next day and I didn’t have a regular outlet plug to plug the washer in so once again, I’m very pleased and happy with the service I received. They also were very clean and picked up after themselves. I will be back for sure in the future!

James installed a new breaker box for me, earlier this year. He did a nice job, so I referred him to my best friend, and she was happy with his work, as well. Today a breaker blew out and all my kitchen appliances stopped working. I tried to reset everything, but could not.
I texted James and he was here in about 20 minutes and got it all back to working and ay no charge. That's what I call great customer service.

B.A. Electric was recommended for installing the electric sump pump and also updating wall plugs. They were on time, did a thorough inspection and plan of action. The installers did a great job and I would use them again for any electric type needs in the future.

They are a great company. Very responsive. We had just moved into a newly built home in Petaluma and had them install a Tesla charger and rewire an outlet in the kitchen for a new electric range. Price was very good, service was great. Highly recommend!

Called these fine people when I had random parts of my house lose power. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone, James I believe, gave me numerous things to check before, and I quote, "you have to spend any money"... This man helped me try and save money, keeping money out of the businesses pockets. This is the kind of business the world needs more of.

I was unable to fix the issue, and Jason, a very friendly and professional electrician, was at my home in less than an hour and the issue was explained and fixed very quickly. This business is honest, fast and friendly...I cannot recommend them highly enough.

James came out right away for me when my power went out and things did not completely restore when the power came back. He was able to find my GFI not working correctly to reset within minutes of arriving. Extremely happy with his knowledge, professionalism, and quick response.

James has helped me a few times. He was very knowledgeable, willing to help & quick to respond. I appreciate his professionalism, workmanship & advice. I definitely trust his work.

B.A. Electric did a fantastic job! They sent three very skilled technicians out and accomplished an extensive list of electrical jobs in our house in less than a day. (Adding outlets, installing a new ceiling fan, replacing light switches, installing electrical fixtures for new lighting, replacing old bathroom fans, etc) The technicians were extremely friendly and made sure everything was exactly like I wanted it. They are reasonably priced and the quality of their work is top notch. We will definitely be using them for any electrical needs in the future.

I bought a house that needs lots of work. These guys have been great. They gave accurate estimates and were flexible when timing got skewed from other trades delays.
The team was always very respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves completely.
Plan to use them again when I remodel my kitchen later this year.

Great company - We use them for all our electrical needs; we have a large facility and nothing about our facility and the electrical system is simple or easy by any means. However, they handle each job like pros. The employees are very kind, respectful, personable, and great electricians.

I hired B.A. Electric to do miscellaneous electrical work on a recently purchased condo built in 1986. The scope of work included everything from replacing and relocating outlets and switches, installing a ceiling fan, installing a new electric range and upgrading to a code-compliant outlet, inspecting and troubleshooting potential fuse box issues. I can’t say enough about B.A. Electric and James, the owner. James personally answered the phone every time I called, and he responded to text messages within minutes, even on the weekend. James and his staff are competent, knowledgeable, personable, and at your service. I will definitely be using B.A. Electric for all future electrical needs.
