I cannot say enough good things about Carlos and his team! We hired JC Electrical to replace the electrical panel and a subpanel in our home, rewire knob and tube, install an EV charger, and a myriad of other smaller projects. They were polite and professional throughout the job and they performed high quality work with care, cleanliness, and attention to detail. They also went above and beyond by identifying and fixing other small issues that were found along the way. I especially appreciate that Carlos took the time to explain everything to us throughout the job and made sure that all our concerns were heard and addressed. In addition to top notch service, their pricing was very reasonable as well. We will certainly be calling them for all our electrical needs in the future.

I had a burnt wire at my house and Carlos came out to address the problem same day. He fixed the issue, cleaned up everything, and his price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend!

JC Electrical arrived on time. The issue I had, two outlet with no power. Yet they went beyond the original issue. Found the smoke alarms had no power as well. Both problems have been solved with no additional charge. Very happy with their service.

I've used this company twice in the last 2 months (one for a rental property and once for my home residence). Juan had his team identify and fix my rental electrical issue (in the kitchen) and completed it within an hour. This morning, Carlos came out and troubleshooted a similar issue on my primary residence. I had numerous HVAC guys try to fix my HVAC breaker tripping issue and most said I needed a new unit. lol I figured to call this company again because I had a great experience last time, and Juan and his coworker identified the issues (wrong fuses on the HVAC system and power wire was waayyy too loose and caused arching. They fixed the problems within 1 1/2 hours time and for a fair cost. I will use them again. Thank you, Kevin F.

Carlos isn’t only our electrician, he’s become a family friend. Carlos has done all of our electrical work in our house so far and we are beyond happy with his work. I highly recommend anyone looking for an electrician to give Carlos and his team a call!

Had emergency electrical that needed to be done through home warranty and hit the jackpot with this company. They fit me in within a couple of hours of submitting the request. Jose was so helpful and fixed everything in a timely manner. He answered a ton of questions and we will definitely be using him for future projects.

I am so pleased with the work done by Carlos and his teammate. They installed 8 new ceiling lights where none had been and replaced 2 light fixtures (one in a powder room and one in our walk in closet). They were so professional and careful. Honestly they were absolutely awesome. So nice to have service that is reasonably priced and goes beyond your expectations. Thank you Carlos. It was a great experience.

I never even worked with/met these people but give em a chance, why not? What’s the word that can happen? They don’t properly insulate the wire and your house burns down?? Least you have a good story and some hard workers who will try again

Needed a ceiling fan installed called JC they send out Carlos. He arrived on time and was Covid friendly, he had a mask on assembled and installed my fan with no issue. Very professional I will be calling again for additional work I need done

These guys are great. I contacted JC Electrical to replace the old and potentially dangerous Zynsco panel at my 1920's home. The owner, Juan Carlos (Carlos) came by and we had a really nice conversation– mapping out a plan for the new panel and talking about home wiring in general. He wasn't in a hurry to leave and wasn't trying to sell me anything I didn't need.

Carlos gave me a very reasonable quote and the only reason he couldn't start immediately is that SMUD was about a month out scheduling disconnects.

Carlos pulled a city permit, scheduled the SMUD cutover, and then showed up on the big day with three other guys to do the work. They worked until dark and left only after knowing we'd have power through the night. They returned the following day to clean up and map out all the circuits. It's a challenge in a century-old home!

We now have a modern Square D panel with about a dozen of open spaces for new circuits (like mini splits).

The crew got rid of the mess from decades of electrical work and patched the siding that had been removed long ago. They're sending a roofer to fix the hole from the previous SMUD drop and make sure the flashing is secure.

While chatting with Carlos I learned he used to install solar systems for Tesla. Guess who I'm going to call when we're ready for solar?
