Same day service, same day repair. Carmen was very professional, he was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed the same day.

From the perspective of an engineer, business, and home owner, this company is spot on with their service, communication, punctuality, and most importantly integrity. I diagnosed the issue ahead of time, and observed them do the same. Instead of charging me a replacement set of parts, which I knew I did not need, the HVAC tech showed me I could tap on a component, monitor for failure, and call when it needed to be replaced. 17 Minutes duration, showed up 7 minutes early, notified me 1 hour ahead of time, and stayed consistent with the original time schedule agreed upon, rare occurrences in todays local business world.

Chill Heating and Air Conditioning are now my go to HVAC contractor. I now know who will be upgrading my HVAC with a Heat Pump this summer.

Cameron, at Chill heating/air, saved us in a Friday night emergency. He answered his phone late Friday night, as our 23 yr old a/c died….and he was out first thing Saturday morning to repair and replace many items that were and or about to fail. Responsive, Professional, Integrity and good pricing and deep level of HVAC knowledge….you can’t ask for more. Thank you sir!

Very responsive and professional. Chill came in and assessed the issue I had with my A/C and was not only able to replace it quickly, but did so at rates that were very competitive. To be clear, the workmanship was also very good on the repair. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Cameron came out to check a few issues I was having with my HVAC unit. He answered my questions and explained things thoroughly. He was very honest in telling me I did not need to do anything expensive right now. He checked the two capacitors and replaced the one on the AC condenser. The capacitor was old and though the unit would still turn on the low capacitor was causing the unit to be noisy upon startup. It is now quiet. I really appreciated his kindness and honesty.
