I cannot recommend Levano enough. The AC repair service that we received from them was outstanding. The individual on the telephone was friendly, knowledgeable, and understood the situation, which allowed them to dispatch their technician quickly. Being that we have already tried other contractors and been unsuccessful, it felt great to finally find a professional contractor who understood the situation.
The technician sent out by Levano was named Max. Max did a fantastic job with his work and professionalism. He did a complete diagnosis, explained the problem in detail along with potential risks and offered a few choices without trying to force the consumer to accept anything. The price was good, the process was clean and most importantly, the problem was solved.

Since our home is somewhat old, I was concerned that the installation process could get messy. However, the guys from Levano did an excellent job with it. They worked carefully within the house not to make too much of a mess, and their work turned out great.

Levano installed our new heat pump system and ducts, and they did a very good job. The installation crew was professional and courteous, wearing booties in our house, keeping their workspace neat and clean, and cleaning up after themselves before departing.

We recently had a new Daikin multi-zone ductless HVAC system installed by LEVANO, and we’re very happy with the result. The crew did a clean, professional job from start to finish. The installation looks neat, organized, and well put together, and it’s clear they paid attention to the details. They worked carefully, kept the area as clean as possible, and handled the whole project with professionalism. Our new system is working great, and we really appreciate the quality of the work. We would definitely recommend LEVANO to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but Levano earned this one. We’ve used them twice now in Sacramento for both AC service and furnace repair, and both times they were reliable, communicative, and easy to work with. It’s nice finding an HVAC company you can actually trust.

Max quickly figured out why our heat pump kept cycling and wouldn’t hold the temperature. He found the issue faster than I expected, and now the house feels normal again. Very professional and efficient service. Highly recommend!

Our AC system in Folsom wasn’t working right, so we called Levano. They figured out the issue pretty quickly and had it fixed by the end of the visit. Friendly, professional, and very straightforward. Really smooth experience.

Max is the man. No fluff, no nonsense. I told him what the AC was doing, he popped the panel off, tested the capacitor, showed me the dead reading on his meter, and popped a new one in. Back to enjoying a cold house in less than 45 minutes.

I was dreading having our whole AC setup replaced. Usually contractors leave a massive mess and ghost you halfway through. But Kostas was out here right on time. He handled the entire Carrier heat pump setup himself and actually walked me through how the new thermostat works before taking off. Really solid guy.

Heat pump was running nonstop but the house was still 65 degrees. Tech found a faulty reversing valve. Replaced it, tested it, works perfect now.

Getting a new heat pump put in is a huge expense so I was pretty nervous. The installers were fantastic though. They laid down tarps, worked their tails off all day, and didn't leave a single scrap of trash behind in the yard. You just don't see that kind of respect for people's property anymore!
