Cameron saved my day and is definitely a superhero. I called at 5pm and he was here by 6:45 was super polite and explained everything that was going to happen in a way I could understand. I appreciate that he was patient with my questions and made me feel comfortable that he was going to handle the situation and that he was not going to “upsell” me because I’m a woman and have no idea what the problem was. The $50 new customer coupon also helped and is such a nice offer from the company. He even did a light clean up/spray down of the affected shower pan. I would recommend him and his company to anyone I know.

Very satisfied with this business’ service at our home. Received same-day service as my initial call. Our plumber was Taylor and he explained the services and associated fees clearly. What I appreciate about this business is that their fees are listed out by service in their fee manual for their customers to review so you know the plumber isn’t simply up ticking the costs. Highly recommend this plumbing service.

I am very happy with the water heater replacement service provided to me by Dependable Rooter and Plumbing. They replaced my water heater the same day when I told them that we do not have hot water. I was very impressed with the fast service. Richard was well dressed, polite, professional, very thorough in explaining what the problem was, service options and the pricing. The job was done very efficiently by the technicians and they cleaned up after. Will use them again for our plumbing needs and I highly recommend them.

We received amazing customer service throughout - from appointment to technician. Everyone was very professional, kind, informative, honest and helpful. Taylor, the technician, even gave us some tips for present and future consideration. He addressed our issue - which ended up being more simple than we thought (yay!), and also took care of another issue we had but didn't note in making the appointment. We will definitely be calling Dependable Rooter & Plumbing again for plumbing and rooter needs!

This company is our go-to for plumbing. This was my first experience with them. From calling in to the office, scheduling, and repair the whole process was easy and affordable. The serviceman was friendly, professional and easy to talk to. Please give them a try if you are looking for an excellent company.

Taylor was very professional, and he explained the process and options we had to address our particular problem. We gave him the "go ahead". Once he was done, he left our yard very clean. We would use Dependable Rooter and Plumbers again. And we would recommend them to other people we know.

We had a leaking toilet problem and I had to make the dreaded call to a plumber, however I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Dependable Rooter & Plumbing. From the initial call Amanda was very pleasant and was able to schedule a technician for the same day, she explained their pricing upfront and I knew what to expect from the service call. When Sean arrived at our home, he was very informative and patient. He was able to pinpoint the problem right away and didn’t try to up sell us on unnecessary services. He clearly stated options to fix our problem and explained their billing. He finished the work quickly and efficiently. We asked questions about other items we are looking to replace. He made some suggestions and we will definitely have Dependable Rooter & Plumbing back to upgrade our garbage disposal. We appreciated the fact that when he recommended things he gave us options and didn’t feel pressured to do the service now. After a bad experience with Bonney a year ago, I was not expecting this type of service.

We highly recommend Dependable Rooter & Plumbers. Taylor was our plumber and he was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Hi communication as to what the problem was and what the solutions to fix it was top notch. If needed, we will absolutely use this company again in the future.

I am so happy I went with Andrew’s company. Great crew of guys and gals with pricing and no surprises. Dependable Plumbing was clean and provided quality work. There is a book with a list of all of their prices so you know what you are going to get and how much you are going to have to pay. NOT by the hour but by the project…. They started the project at 3 PM shut off the water at 5 and worked overtime by 8 the plumbing issue was fixed and our water was turned back on. So happy with their work- Andrew is honest and straightforward- you can’t beat their service!

Taylor was awesome! He fixed my clogged toilet, disinfected, and left the bowl sparkling clean.
He was courteous and very well spoken.

Booking my appointment was a snap, as the administrative associate was knowledgeable and communicative. She promptly arranged Taylor to come out within a few hours.

We called Dependable Rooter & Plumbing to quote some work we wanted done in our home. Everything from scheduling (Amanda was awesome), notification that the technician (Richard) was on his way, to the follow up visit (Jesus and Andrew), and the detailed quote I received was outstanding. Each of them was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in an easy to understand way. They identified the problems and explained the right solutions. I wanted a straight forward assessment. Of course, as a homeowner, I wanted the solutions to be as inexpensive as possible… but I also want the job done once and done the right way. Thank you the Dependable team for a great experience and I’ll be using them for any future plumbing needs, and I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone in the area! I just googled for an emergency I had with my kitchen sink and downstairs bath tub with water coming up. I saw many plumbing and rooter companies but chose to go with this company. Taylor came out and did a fantastic job explaining my issue and quoted me the price.
Family owned business is always someone I trusted and am so happy with the work. My drains are flowing and the drains were cleaned out! AAA+++

Had a substantial water leak on the main water line to the house which required water shut off. Richard came over to evaluate the repair, provided expert explanations on repair options with different pricing quotes. After agreeing on the work, Richard and then Jesus right away started digging to locate the leaking spot of the underground pipe. Repair was swift and clean, and my water was back running within a few hours. Highly recommendable.

Dependable Rooter and Plumbing are the best. They are quick to respond and came to our home right away. Taylor is an asset to this company. He performed a detailed investigation of our issues and was very knowledgeable about how to fix the issues. He has excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations constantly. There were no delays getting the job done like with other contractors. They were there immediately to fix our problem. Followed all safety protocols, respected our property, wore shoe coverings, went above and beyond to keep everything neat and clean. I will definitely use this 5 star company again and highly recommend them. So pleased with the results.

All involved in the process were great! Richard, Jesus and Omar were all very good to work with. I appreciate how mindful they were keeping everything clean during the repairs. The repair itself was fairly considerable, Jesus and Omar did a fantastic job! Lastly, the extra cleanup often the work was completed is sincerely appreciated .

Dec 2024: Don't think I have ever had a more pleasant experience with a plumber, or other service people for that matter. From the initial phone call, early in the morning, to Richard here at the exact time it was a five star experience. And Dependable was a completely random choice, but an excellent one.

was the best plumber experience ever! They are so knowledgeable and patiently answered all questions and concerns we have. Starting from good communication with office staff (Francisca), detail oriented job plan/ schedule, handling permits (Andrew), and nevertheless performing such amazing plumbing work ( Jesus, Victor, Cameron, Dakota) They showed up on time in their uniforms, always kept us updated with project progress, educated us on plumbing knowledge, and cleaned up - left the job site cleaner and nicer than before. They are also pet friendly ❤️

We hired Dependable Rooter & plumbing for 1) sewer project & 2) water filtration system project. They helped us to get rid of that old septic system and connect to public sewer. It was the biggest project for my family and we are so happy to have worked with Dependable. They effortlessly helped minimizing any disruption in our lives during the construction and were able to complete the project on time! Best team ever! Now we are now connected to public sewer and have clean filtered water for daily use. No more septic and well water nightmare!

Dependable Rooter and Plumbing came and inspected the plumbing of the entire house and then showed me what was wrong and broke down the costs and the different ways to fix it and the prices for each way and let me pick what my needs and price range was and it didn't have to be done all at once and they also had financial alternatives if needed. Jesus came in to do the work after they picked up the new parts I needed. Jesus was professional, very skillful and patient, he did not rush and did the job the right way and cleaned everything before leaving and did an excellent job.

Great experience! Scheduling was easy, came out same day to assess the problem. Taylor did an excellent job assessing the problem and then made sure I had a clear and transparent understanding of all my options. The work was done well with a close attention to detail the very same day. Taylor went above and beyond my expectations.
