I hired MC the first time for a 4-plex re-siding job. We went from the worst building on the block to the best building within a couple of weeks. Even our neighbor behind us hired MC to re-side their building after they saw our building.
Then I hired MC for a 10 building apartment complex in Sacramento. We started at the end of October and were finished in March.
Gary's crew(s) is amazing. They have a great work ethic, always leave a clean worksite and are polite. Gary and Alax are onsite daily to over see the project and if I had any questions or issues they were attended to immediately.
I look forward to working with them again.

Remodeled my laundry room and two upstairs bathrooms. Fair price (substantially lower than two bids from other contractors) and they were able to start my job about a month before the other contractors were. Quality was excellent. I'm planning on remodeling my kitchen within the next few years and I'll definitely be using them again.

10/10 recommend Modern Construction Group for all of your contracting needs. I contacted them regarding a water leak in my bedroom window, they worked with my schedule and got someone out quickly to inspect it. Gary was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he quickly pinpointed the issue and then explained what was going on. He instructed my husband and I on exactly how to repair the issue ourselves if we wanted to save money, and also offered a quote for him to do it. Gary made us feel confident in his skills and expertise, and gave us all the information we needed to get our problem resolved. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and easy to work with! I have definitely found the person I will be using for all future contracting needs.

Modern Construction Group, Inc., did an excellent job of installing new primed pine, finger-jointed fascia boards. They installed new drip edge flashing and reinstalled existing roof tiles back into place.They not only applied paintable, exterior grade caulking in all required areas but also cleaned up and hauled away all job related debris. Gary was very responsive and professional. We called him to evaluate a project at our house. He showed up and gave a good explanation of some of the issues we were having and even offered an easy remedy. I will definitely utilize Modern for my construction needs in the future.

Gary and his team at Modern Construction Group, are top notch! We had them replace all of our windows. They were prompt, courteous and professional. No gimmicks or high pressure selling which was a relief. They did a fantastic job! Gary was absolutely great at communicating with us! The price was very reasonable too! Great company, we used Modern Construction to replace our 20 year old windows and are truly satisfied with the outcome. Gary our project manager was so good at communicating throughout the project. Have used other companies before and you can't get ahold of them unless you owe money, but this company was great. Definitely would use again for my future door replacements, thank you Gary!

Gary and his team came through and I am very pleased with the results. It all started with a detailed proposal that spelled out the work, leaving no doubt the big stuff was covered. On day one, a crew of four showed up on time to take care of the demo and install windows. After the rough in inspection, the team did a wonderful job installing the siding and trim pieces. Gary and I communicated throughout the project, for the work and to setup inspections. Coming from a retired project manager, I was pleased that it all came off like clock work and there were no surprises on this job (as often experienced by many others). I would definitely hire MCG again on a future project.

Can't say enough great things about Modern Construction Group. I only had them replace one window, but the professionalism they showed throughout the entire process was above and beyond. Gary was very responsive, always kept me in the loop and made this the best experience. The installer did a great job too and Gary even came later that day to check the work performed (again, just for one window). We will be using them again when ready to replace the remaining windows in our home.

I highly recommend Modern Construction. They completely replaced my siding. The quality of the work was beyond my expectations. The work crew was on time each day and fully cleaned up before leaving. Gary kept me informed each step in the process and personally followed all of the work completed by his crew.

Gary and his team came out to my condo and did an entry door repair/realignment job. Although the job was small, it was an important one for me because the weatherstripping was not working properly anymore, the door was not aligned with the frame any longer due to building settling. Gary and his team did a super job, they solved my problem with little bugs getting in. They were very professional, extremely pleasant to talk with, cleaned up their work. Gary came back after they had finished and went over everthing with a fine tooth comb. I would not hesitate to hire him again for future remodeling work that I have in mind. They were a great team to work with. We needed to replace all 14 of our windows and a sliding door. They went over all our options discussing pros and cons of frame material and manufacturer. Once we decided was the right option in terms of efficiency, durability and cost, it was a short wait for all the windows to be made then installation only took 2 days. We had other projects going on at the same time and they worked great with other contractors.

We had a great experience with Modern Construction Group. We got 12 windows and 2 sliders replaced and they did an excellent job. We had spoken with several companies but instantly felt like we were in good hands with Gary. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and a great communicator. We just hoped his bid would come back reasonable and it certainly did! The installers did an excellent job too. They worked hard and you could tell they take pride in their work. They far exceeded our expectations in how great this turned out.

Modern construction made our window installation Very easy and quick. Gary the owner came out to give us a quote and was very nice and professional. Within 3 days we had a date scheduled and Tim the installer came out to do the work and was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was going to and was very thorough. We are very happy with the work. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend them.

MCG repaired my siding, roof trim, window trim, and added Vulcan Gable Vents for fire safety. Their crew worked hard all day long and cleaned up each day. At the completion of the job, all areas were done with quality workmanship and sealed properly to prevent weather damage. Their price was more reasonable than other bids that I had obtained. I would work with them again on any future projects.
