There was a severe water leak in the water heater. I called Escobar Custom Plumbing and Marcos answered the telephone. He is very professional and he came to the house within a half an hour and replaced the damaged water pipes. He did an excellent job. I am grateful to Escobar Plumbing for their help and expertise. Outstanding proactive service! I texted him a photo with markups of how I thought my main water shutoff, pressure regulator and hose bib should be reconfigured since the old regulator was leaking and needed to be replaced. He sent me his own marked up photo showing his recommendation and why. His idea was better. Exactly what I expect from a professional contractor! He showed up at the scheduled time and completed the work quickly for a reasonable price. 100% satisfied.

My home required water main shutoff and pressure reducer replacement. In addition the entire wastewater piping system was worn out and beginning to fail. Marcos and his van showed up right on time and got to work. He demonstrated his plumbing knowledge and skills from beginning to end. Upon completion, the new system was tested and passed with flying colors. Escobar Plumbing is highly recommended and is on my speed dial.

Escobar Plumbing exceeded our expectations. They answered our call on Easter Sunday and arranged for an appointment the first thing the next morning. They arrived on time and were knowledgeable and professional. They gave us options for solutions and were able to fix the issue. I also appreciate how they cleaned up after themselves, took their trash with them, wore shoe covers in the home, and were careful with the front door opening/closing to not let our dog escape - those courtesy items mean a lot! Marco Escobar was very nice to come back about 6 months after installing a new toilet in our guest suite because it appeared to be leaking. We had had guests over the weekend. He showed me that the liquid was only on the floor by the front half of the toilet, and it was not a huge amount. And he pointed out that the caulking was not disturbed. Then he took a wad of toilet paper and wiped it....it was a light yellow. I had not wiped it up because I didn't want to disturb it so I could show it to him. We were both relieved that the problem was not serious and we laughed about it.
I rate Marco very high for customer service. He came within 3 hours of my call, and he was very kind about taking his time for something that was not his problem.

You won't be able to find a more knowledgable and experienced professional. Marco removed and replaced two high quality toilets for us in a quick and timely manner. He carefully explained all our options and was able to beat the Home Depot installed price by several hundred dollars. Above all we liked his positive friendly can do attitude. Ask him anything about plumbing, he knows it all. He will be returning to do some more projects for us in the near future. We Highly recommend Escobar custom plumbing.

Discovered I had a leak at the water meter but on my side of it. Escobar gave a competitive bid and did a high quality job with excellent workmanship and detail. They also helped me locate and address a secondary leak on my property. Very thorough, and when they were done it was if nothing had been trenched etc, the landscaping looked untouched and perfect. I should add they also had installed a Moen Whole house water leak detector and that job was also perfect. I was amazed and happy with their timeliness, attention to details, and thorough work. The team went the extra mile to make sure all was perfect.

We had a previous plumber contracted by Moen, install a Moen water shut off valve. He did an incredibly sloppy job used cheap plastic pipes and glue, which led to a major leak! This time Moen sent Escobar Custom Plumbing to fix it. Dave Escobar came after work hours, did an amazing job, used copper piping, was courteous and extremely professional. I will be using Escobar for all my plumbing needs from now on!
