I had a great experience with Daniel’s assessment and repair of our washing machine. We discovered a leak and water was coming from the bottom of the machine. On Daniel’s first visit (on a Tuesday), he assessed the issue, quickly removed the front panel and found the source of the leak. He informed me that parts (gasket and bearings) would need to be ordered, the parts would take 3-5 business days to arrive, and the company would contact me to schedule the repair appointment. Friday I received a text notification that parts had been ordered. Shortly after that I received a phone call to schedule the follow up appointment. I received a reminder text the day before the appointment. On the morning of, I received a phone call to ask if I wanted to move my time window to 10am-2pm (it was originally 12pm-5pm). I confirmed yes - received a text at 11:33am that the technician was on his way. Daniel arrived at 12pm, brought all the parts and his tools in, and got to work on the washer right away. He had informed me during his first visit that the repair work would take about 1.5hrs. True to his estimate, he completed his work in 1.5hrs, and ran the machine to make sure it was working properly. No more leaking, and with the new bearing, our machine runs so much quieter than before. YAY!!
