Ryan Adair and Ryan Healy made a usually stressful experience an actual pleasure. They were professional, reliable, and genuinely present throughout the process. Aside from the work being flawless, they navigated hiccups with my landlord, my local power company, and permitting without me ever even realizing there was much of an issue. They kept me out of the weeds and delivered my unit BEAUTIFULLY completely turn-key with all inspections and final paperwork signed off.. and did I mention early?

As a multi-unit small business owner, I've navigated tenant improvements before. This was by far my best experience. Go with these guys - you won't regret it.

We used Adair Construction for our bridal store in Sacramento. They oversaw the entire build out of our store including fitting room installation, dress rack display, lighting, painting, etc.
The first time we met they went above and beyond to really understand the project. They were timely, efficient and very personable. They took the lead and understood our concept. Being on a tight timeframe, I could trust they would do great work and get it done on time and they did not disappoint. I was impressed by their professionalism, timeliness and attention to detail. They have connections in Sacramento for all trades and can get the job done. If you’re looking for retail construction build out, I’d highly recommend!

If I could give Adair 10 stars I would. Ryan and company were able to pull off a miracle and reconstruct/design etc 2 buildings in very little time. It seemed as each day passed another challenge was thrown at them. They met each challenge head on and exceeded our expectation ten fold. Each person on Ryan's team was amazing. They were all tentative, communicative, on time, and gave great advice/suggestions and had our best interest in mind at all times. I look forward to working with Adair on any future projects.

They kept on schedule, had minimal delays, but still finished on time. We would not hesitate to refer them to anyone and absolutely loved working with them.
