I can’t say enough about Dave and his brother! These guys have been so great I needed work done for a new home my wife and i bought and I’m paralyzed so I needed some ramps but In and some doors widened and some stuff done to my bathroom and they took care of everything In a quick time frame at a great price then a few months went by and I needed a small fence but in to keep my dogs from areas In my backyard that I can’t really get too with my wheelchair and Dave’s brother came out and made a beautiful 10 foot fence about 4 feet tall and did such an amazing job. Every step of the way they were there making sure I got what I wanted and asked me every step of the way if it was what I wanted and gave insight and suggestions when I asked questions. And becoming a customer makes you a priority for them I love those guys I will never go anywhere else and neither should you

I had David and the crew come out to build a small office outbuilding in my yard. David took one look at the yard and estimated the project within 2 feet and $5K of the finished project. They were on time, courteous, transparent, and flexible. I will definitely work with Ward and Son again for future projects. Could not be more thrilled.

Ward and Son Construction came in and removed a wall between our dining room and living room. They did it faster than promised, did a great job, and accommodated some reasonable requests. Their electrician was amazing and did a wonderful job as well. Same goes for their drywall technician. They matched the texturing from the surrounding walls perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. People that see my house for the first time can't even tell we had a wall taken out. I will definitely use this family business in the future for my remodeling needs!

Ward and Sons took our patio and turned it into a beautiful family room. They removed and hauled all the material away. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor and all his workers. Every person he sent out to our home was kind, thoughtful and professional.
This is a family owned business and I highly recommend this company.

Ward and Son built us a new bedroom addition and did a spectacular job on it! The crew is very hardworking and incredibly transparent. They work very fast and diligently, ensuring that everything is done on time while making sure everything is done correctly. This company also has the most reasonable pricing among other companies within Sacramento. The Singh Family recommends this company for new construction or renovation.

We hired Ward & Son to remodel our bathrooms, put in new flooring, retexture some walls. ..so disappointed! The seam in the granite is rough and jagged, the glue under the floor came through, so had to refloor areas, cabinet under bathroom sink covered part of the valve to shut water off and Dave wouldn't come and fix it. It has been a few years but have not needed to shut water off...when you turn it, it stops at inside wall of cabinet under sink. I had a contractor come out and he questioned why the drawers weren't made slightly narrower, giving normal width to cabinet; he agreed that would not have passed code. Also, they took EVERY extra piece of tile when they left, leaving me nothing in case of crack or chip. ..contractors board said that was wrong. ..so disappointed....would NEVER recommend them! He had his unlicensed brother put new handle on my water shut-off outside and we have had very little pressure since then. ..city questioned that! Biggest mistake I ever made!
