Julian was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was on time and explained everything he was doing. Even put in a new filter which I had. No high pressure. Very respectful and kind to this old lady. I have already recommended him to my neighbors.

I had Big Mountain come out to give me an estimate on a new air conditioning system. Brad was punctual and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate Within minutes.

Brandon was very friendly and thorough. He asked question and shared his findings. I felt he was interested in us as customers and making sure our needs were met.

Mike was fantastic. He was on time calling and texting with his
photo and his ETA. He was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently. When he left it was as though he was never there. Big Mountain Heating & Air will definitely be my go to company for this service in the future.

He took the whole thing apart and cleaned and serviced it. We now have a clean unit that we feel we can trust. If we should need further help we will call Big Mountain and request Mike. Julian and everyone at Big Mountain have been an amazing team to work with. The times they have come over to fix issues (in crisis and maintenance) they have taken the time to explain the process step-by-step, and the reason or importance of their work. Being a homeowner is not easy or cheap, but I feel my moneys worth with Big Mountain. They are a family owned company and will do their best to make sure you are cool, warm, and safe. They manage one of the most expensive things in the home and look out for homeowners in the long run. Thank you again!

The service we received today was by far the best to date. Thaddeus was professional, courteous, very informative. Basically old is old and although other maintenance individuals have demanded with scare tactic that we replace our system immediately I was never able to justify the cost verse what they told us was the circumstances that warranted full replacement. Thaddeus was very confident and would probably be good at sales for this company. But, Thaddeus explained throughly why it was a safety and age concern for us to at least check with someone on cost of a replacement to the 20 year system. Thank you Steven Kobold who also was professional and courteous and explained all the process to us as well as for extending to us the great service and experience of making this very expensive endeavor possible. Nothing but professional and very helpful. He serviced my AC unit and it’s up and running. He showed me pictures of his findings and made a list of certain items that will need to be replaced and or deep cleaned, and provided me with the knowledge as to why, so that I can prepare my finances for these things. No pressure, or bad feelings at all about me not being able to do anything other than the routine maintenance
now, and I really appreciated that. He went over and beyond on fixing my main filter cover so that now it can be used. I really recommend your company because of my wonderful experience. Thank you.

It was great working with Corey and Aaron from Big Mountain. They went above and beyond for my AC rejuvenation appointment, being extremely thorough and spent close to 4 hours for a nominal fee. I have a really old unit and they provided me with all of the different scenarios and options I could take to repair it or replace it. I didn’t feel pressured into any direction and I am amazed with this company‘s integrity and character. That’s rare these days.

We had the pleasure of working with Big Mountain who provided a timely and professional on site visit to diagnose our HVAC system during the escrow period while purchasing a house. They provided recommendation for repairs. The realtor was very impressed with the thoroughness of Big Mountain. Additionally, for a new system replacement proposal, Big Mountain sent out Steven K who blew us away with his analysis of the current system and thought process to arrive at a new system recommendation which took all holistic factors into consideration (including available rebates). They represent quality products, consider maximum value for the customer, and are a good company to work with.

Punctual, professional, polite, and friendly. Did a great job explaining and fixing my furnace problem that prevented it from heating. Couldn’t be happier.

Our AC stopped working so I did some research and decided to call Big Mountain Air. Justin and Jake showed up and were awesome—super friendly, honest, and really knew what they were doing.

They explained everything in a way that made sense. Also I got text updates and pics of employees before they arrived. Great customer service and super easy to work with. Definitely glad I called them!

We are just days away from a heatwave and of course our Blower Motor goes out. hubby thinks he can fix it himself (we all know how that goes 🙄) but I can’t handle a house over 80 degrees. So I needed this fixed YESTERDAY. Well, we called at 7pm the night we discovered the problem and were able to get an appointment the very next day. Jarod showed up on time and got the blower motor replaced same day! My house is cool again!!! He was super friendly, and very knowledgeable! Thank you Big Mountain and a major thank you to Jarod for saving me from melting 😂

Corey and Aaron performed the 2 for 1 rejuvenation service and they far exceeded our expectations. They were on time to begin with and it got better from there. Both were very knowledgeable, polite and professional. From the initial inspection to the testing of the components to the cleaning and lubrication they showed me and explained what they were doing and and why it was important. I kept waiting for the additional charge, but it never came !! Wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you, Jim Briggs

Had my system serviced by Brandon today. He was all smiles as he walked up and that set the tone for a very pleasant appointment. I appreciated the time and thoroughness he gave to my system. He was able to catch and correct 2 small issues before they developed into a major concern if left unattended over a period of time. This is a perfect illustration of why it is so important to have your system checked twice a year. I am very happy with my maintenance contract. And I'm very thankful for Brandon's professionalism and knowledge today.
