Clarke & Rush has been fantastic. Doug performed a routine maintenance on our ac system yesterday and was extremely thorough.

I needed to replace my mini split unit. I got 4 bids to do this. The first one was for the same unit Clarke & Rush ended up putting in for me but twice the cost. The other 2 were for inferior products. I called Clarke & Rush because Garick heating and air had provided me excellent service for the mini split over the years. Turns out Clarke & Rush bought Garick. Upon calling Clarke & Rush, I was reminded they put in my central HVAC SYSTEM 22 years ago. I have never had any issues with that system. In fact the same sales guy came out to give me a bid. The unit was replaced very efficiently. The area was left clean. The workers were great and communicated with Me as needed and explained the system and answered my questions. I am very pleased with the job and have since recommended to people to get a bid from them if they are in need of the services they provide! Thanks Clarke & Rush!

Clarke & Rush is a great company. Several years ago, in the cold of winter, our existing very old heat and A/C system in our home broke down suddenly and was not repairable. C & R had a new (and far more energy efficient) system in within days, and at a very reasonable cost. They did a great job! We're now on the regular maintenance schedule where they come out and check the system each year. The regular technician we use is named Ignacio ("Nacho"). He is So smart and helpful! Every time we call to schedule or ask questions, everyone at C & R is so helpful and professional.

Nicholas provided excellent diagnostic and repair service as well as customer service. He is a wealth of knowledge "teaching" us the inner workings of our HVAC system in lay terms so we could understand how our high efficient system works compared to the older technology. He was thorough and mindful performing the service. Now that's exemplary service . His rapport was very pleasant, authentic, and honest. Employees like Nicholas is what Clarke and Rush credibility is based upon and continually maintain its great reputation. Thank you.

From Start to Finish ~ great Project Engineer, great crew especially Alfredo. We had a hiccup with a 25 YR old system switch out and he solved the problem beyond satisfaction. We absolutely love our new HVAC, so quiet. AND THE BEST PART, they sealed our 50 years old vents, no more drafts. The house is quiet, the system is quiet (on the roof over our bedroom so a must). Luke was great to work with too, found just the right color roofing and made sure everything went smoothly. SO HAPPY! THANK YOU!

They’ve always been on time fit appointments and very friendly and knowledgeable. A problem took several visits and needed an experienced technician eventually but all tried hard to diagnose the problem until it was finally resolved.

I do not recommend this company: Long story short I purchased two windows from Clark and Rush, February 5, 2018. Clark and Rush came back out for some corrections to their work: they cut the trim short but they installed it anyway. The seal on one of the windows was allowing moisture in and they replaced the window. I was told by the Clark and Rush Sales manager that I would have the best looking windows in the neighborhood. They look good but both windows are not the quality windows stated in the Clark and Rush brochure.
I complained several times about the level of noise that can be heard inside as well as the heat that I’m losing. Also the bedroom window whistle when we have heavy wind.
The manufacture came out and made some adjustments and informed me that I need to contact the installer. He stated that Clark and Rush should have had the 3 piece picture window put together by the manufacture. That they did not put the window together the correct way.
I contacted Clark and Rush and they informed me that the windows were put in correctly
Pat with Clark and Rush called me back he stated that I have gone through a lot with these windows even contacting the State Contractors License Board. The CSLB was not able to take the windows apart so their services did not resolve my issues. Pat ask how do I know that air is coming through the windows. He stated that it’s hard for air to come through. He wanted to know how many miles per hour the wind has to blow for the windows to whistle in air. Pat suggested that what if they reimbursed me for the windows “give you your money back, you would like that won’t you” and you take down your review and be quit about it. I ask Pat to send me a proposal.
The Proposal is that 1st I remove all my reviews and hold him harmless for the job and be quit about it. They will then refund me. If they do not refund me I can repost my reviews. If I do not remove the reviews he stated that when the other contractor removes the windows, that I can sit the windows aside and Clark and Rush will pick them up.
I received the proposal 5/27/2023 I have decided that my reviews are more important to the consumer’s then me receiving hush money. Since Clark and Rush did not want to work with me to determine the cause of the issues that I am having with the windows. I will video the contractor removing the trim… to determine the cause and update my post.
12/16/2023 another winter with Clark and Rush NON ENERGY efficient windows. I wanted to document this winter the concerns I have with the windows. Attached bedroom window Dec. 5th 2023 moisture between the window panes.
I’m working on hiring a contractor to determine why cold air is coming through the windows and my heat is going out,… The window have no insulation to prevent sound/noise from coming in or out.
