One of the best HVAC companies in the area, they cover Sacramento and other nearby areas like Tahoe, Chico, and many more. They’re affordable, friendly, and trustworthy. If you’re worried about hiring a professional, these guys are a worry free guarantee. I have used them many times and referred them many times to other friends always receiving rave reviews after.

Oleg, the owner and his team did an excellent job in installing 2 Heat Pumps, 1 (4) Ton and 1(5)Ton , including 2 Smart Thermostats. They were very experienced, timely, neat and clean. There were no surprises when job was done. A smooth process. I would Highly recommended them.

We had a new AC unit installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly without cutting corners. The price was very fair—much lower than other quotes we received—and the quality of the installation was excellent. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciate the great work and highly recommend them to anyone needing AC installation!

We called this business after two referrals from past customers that had great experiences. Owner came out and gave a thorough estimate and explanation on what needed to be done to replace our old AC unit. We got 3 other estimates and they were all salespeople trying to “upsell” us into extras that Fresh Air included for the lower price.

After they removed the old unit, there were extra pieces involved to do upgrades to the longevity and efficiency of the new unit. Fresh Air did these for NO charge and took pictures to show the quality of the work.

We have had no issues with either of the two units in the house and yet the owner called when winter hit and the heater had to be used. He came out and just checked everything and explained how the changes improved the system. Again, great customer service and truly cares for the customers.

I now get why people keep referring this company to friends and family. I have sent his name to 7 neighbors that are all happy now.

Original installer of new equipment on a new home and we have had freon leek since day one (4 going on 5 years), their solution is to do freon top up. Last year they put a dye into the system to locate and maybe seal the leak, which we had to pay for. Issue is back this year I called spoke with someone briefly also left a VM, text message and now they don't answer. I would not recommend for any A/C work. I am in the process of taking legal action against JMC and this company.
I am hoping to get a professional in and get the job done correctly without any major damage to the coils which they may have caused damage due to not addressing the issue correctly.
