I can’t praise John and his crew over at Luna air enough. They were all cordial when communicating, thurough in their service and willing to go the extra step to get me set up with my new AC. These guys were on it, they showed up promptly at the appointed time and explained everything to my satisfaction. You will not be disappointed.

John and his team were great, super friendly and very professional. They're very confident in their work and did a superb job replacing my HVAC system. John and his team's skills are high level and they were able to complete the work in a single day. My A/C is working great and it feels good to be cold on a hot summer day. I can't recommend Luna Air enough.

John and his crew installed a new AC/furnace in 1 day, remarkable. Very professional from start to finish. After receiving 3 estimates Luna Air saved me 1000s and I couldn't be more happy with the install service. Full crew on a Saturday, stayed all day until the job was fully finished.

Just when I was about to give up on the human race, John and Carmen Luna appeared! Let me back up a little. It all started a few months ago when I noticed that my upstairs AC unit was not blowing cold air. I have American home shield. I’ve been with them for over 20 years. I called and scheduled an appointment. A technician from South Placer Heating and Air INC came to my house. He collected the $100 fee and within minutes told me the reason my ac unit wasn’t cooling was because it was empty of Freon and needed $700 worth. American home shield only covers I believe $150 of that and the rest I needed to pay. I asked the technician where had the Freon that was supposed to be in the AC gone; perhaps there was a leak. He said he would put $700 worth of Freon in there and then if my ac stopped blowing cold air again I should call American home shield again. I was shocked with that answer. I asked him if he could first check to see if there was a leak before he put $700 worth of Freon in the AC. He said, and I quote, “it doesn’t work like that!” I asked him if there was a leak and I lost all of that Freon would I have to pay again the $100 copay for American home shield and then another $550 for more Freon? He said yes! I told the guy no. I asked around and I was given another name outside the American home shield. That technician came and it took him all by 5 minutes to tell me I needed a whole new system and he could do it for me for $8,500! I told that guy that I needed some time to think about it. I was really desperate. These so called technicians seemed like they had no clue what they were saying, or did they?! I think they did. They were both scammers. How I know they were scammers? Here comes our heroes John and Carmen Luna! The moment I spoke with Carmen over the phone I knew I was in the right place. She told me exactly what John would do and how he would handle things. John came in. What a pleasant guy! He spent time actually diagnosing the problem. He took pictures of everything. He did a thorough examination of the ac unit. Then he went over the pictures with me and showed me exactly what was wrong. He showed me my Freon level was full and the system did not need Freon. John fixed my ac for a few hundred dollars! Can you believe it! I can’t thank John and Carmen Luna enough. It’s because of these two beautiful people that my hope for humanity is recharged. I gave John’s phone number to my brother and my neighbors right away. He’s going to get so much business from me, my family and my neighbors. By the way, I also just canceled my contract with American Home Shield after being with them for over 20 years. Thank you again John and Carmen Luna.

Last Friday evening we learned our AC system wasn’t working properly and it shut down. The temperature was in the mid-90s and not having an AC that works is a horrible experience. We had water dripping from our ceiling. We had to place a large cooking pan/dish on the floor to catch all the water.

Fortunately, my wife called John and he was able to come out to our house and diagnose our issue. We learned our dripping system was clogged up and it needed to be unclogged. He not only fixed our issue he also made sure this problem would not occur again in the future.

Sensors were installed and if our system ever gets backed up again, the sensors will notify us immediately. Furthermore, John scheduled us for an annual inspection/maintenance check for the duration of our unit.

John is awesome and we were all very impressed & pleased with his professionalism and service.

Luna Air is a company to make sure that you are happy and cool. Luna Air has excellent customer service, professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and wonderful pricing. Luis/John kept me informed the entire time of what was happening from beginning to end. Luis was able to get us working with our A/C. Thank you, Luna Air!!! You guys are amazing!!

Best service around! Had a great experience, John answered the phone and was able to squeeze us in an already packed schedule. The technician Jeff was great, job was done the same day I called, even though parts were needed.

these guys are great! I have an older house with an older AC HVAC system, and these guys keep it up and running for me all the time never been nothing but honest, truthful, polite it is amazing that people still have these old values. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it this time. It was just a condenser, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate honest work and honest people. Absolutely fantastic. My air unit went out and I just randomly found the closest hvac technician I could I got mr. Luna and within a couple hours it was fixed! Communication was on point from when he was going to be at my house also while he was on the roof he sent me pictures and video in real time as to what he was doing. Really wish business was done this way more! I couldn't recommend Mr. Luna more!!!! And the best part was he was more than reasonable with the price!

What can I say that the workmanship can't say for its self.
John was very professional and courteous and on time.
