Pacific Mechanics is an excellent company and their technician Ricard is really fantastic . He always leaves everything in working order !!!

Here at the 49er Diner we can always rely on PMS to keep everything running.The tech Richard is always fast and efficient and very friendly.

Today at the 49 er travel plaza we had a stand up freezer go down and rich the technician came in he was fast efficient and had a great smile. You'd be lucky to end up with this technician! We have used them for stand up freezer's walk in warmers and everything was done in In a timely matter all their technicians have been great thank you pacific mechanical

I received excellent service from Richard! I originally had a technician from Bonney Plumbing Electrical Heating & air come out to inspect my AC unit because it was not working. He told me that my compressor was broken and quoted me over 7 thousand dollars to replace it. I decided to get a second opinion, Richard came out & found that there was a burnt wire to the compressor and he fixed my AC in less than 30 minutes!!! I am so thankful for Richard’s service!!!!

I’ve always been very skeptical of service calls, however Richard and his company have honestly changed all of that for me! He was honest, diligent and thorough. He fixed our A/C within an hour while keeping us informed. Such a different experience compared to companies we’ve hired in the past quoting us thousands of dollars all while wasting our time. I use these guys for almost everything. Great techs and dispatch as well. They always get the job done and in a timely manner. Absolutely horrible experience. Technicians do not show up and there is no follow up. This company will leave you high and dry.

I setup service at my business and two days after the dispatcher calls me to tells me they have nobody coming to the store today and that nobody is going to come. She told me my that my option was to wait 3 more days or call somebody else. Not a good experience.
