Roach HVAC always arrives on time, always explains where my system's "health" is in relation to industry specifications, and their service charges are clear and never a surprise. I have been "under contract" with Roach HVAC for years and that is why my system is in such great health. Service reps are always courteous and leave the workspace cleaner than they found it.
