I did not visit the hvac.

The reason for my one star review is simple. This place doesn't exist. It has, as far as I know, never existed. There used to be a Sears Parts and Service department at this address, but it closed in June of 2018, and there has never been a Sears HVAC contractor named from this location. Yet Google refuses to remove it from their map. So here we are. Huzzah.

They came out to fix our air-conditioning unit last year. They replaced a motor and failed to pull out the drain plugs on the motor. This caused the motor to fail in 109° weather this year.
We scheduled and appointment with them to come fix it, and they canceled the morning of the appointment and said they wouldn't be out for two more weeks. When asked the reason, the person calling me said, "I don't know they don't tell me, we just won't be there."

Their work is shoddy, and I suspect designed to fail to drum up more business. Don't waste you money, go with someone else.
