Just switched services to Terminix. I am very happy. Excellent communication! The team was thorough and Profesional. They explained everything they were doing. Presented a plan for the mice I have in my attic and went up and beyond. Thanks Evan, Randy and Jose.

The Terminix Tech was prompt. He introduced himself as Cody and explained what he was here to do. He was friendly and as I followed him around the house, he worked efficiently while he happily answered all of my questions. I’m going to ask for Cody for the next inspection. Thanks Cody.

Andrew was extremely informative & helpful. Just had our first service today & he did such a great job compared to the previous company I worked with. He was mindful that I also have a dog which gives me a peace of mind that our home is being taken care of. Great service!

My Terminix Technician Nickolas is always so professional and explains what he is going to do and why I am seeing some pest at this time of the year. He makes having Terminix worth it. He has excellent customer service skills. Thank you.

Art is the best!!! He always tells us when he's coming, keeps us fully apprised of what is happening in our building, will make special trips for emergency situations (like ant invasions...) at the drop of a hat, is always incredibly friendly, professional, prompt and efficient. Terminix offers good prices for exceptional service. Thanks for keeping our office, warehouse and metal-shop pest free!

We started services this summer, it has been amazing having Evan he really explains everything answers all my questions and has knowledge of all the chemicals used. He was very carful when spraying the little playground in my backyard for the kids I appreciate the safety he provides in that aspect.

Our service technician always contacts us in advance to let us know about his quarterly inspection visits. He arrives on time and provides a detailed list of his observations, recommendations, and treatments applied, if any. On top of that, he''s a nice guy and very courteous.

Cody was thorough, timely and courteous. Great inspection of my property and even found two wasp nests that I’ve been hunting for all summer. Thanks Cody.

Cody has been our service tech for some time now. Can't say anything negative about him or his service, quite the contrary. He's very thorough, as well as being very considerate with his communications, from the initial advisory of what day and time he will be here, to appropriate texts upon arrival as well as his departure. I'm very comfortable with him having access to our house and property. 5 Stars..... Highly recommend.

Have had their service for +12 years with Richard as my consistent representative. He’s amazing!! Goes out of his way to ensure everything is covered. Always checks to see if there are any problem areas and remember those troublesome area at my house with each seasons change.

I had the pleasure of working with Carri, and I can honestly say she is the best associate I’ve ever had from Terminix, and the first female associate, which was a refreshing change! Carri was incredibly friendly, funny, professional, and thorough from start to finish.

Not only did she help me secure the best possible pricing, but she was also refreshingly honest and never tried to upsell me on services I didn’t need. That kind of integrity is rare and much appreciated.

Carri sets the bar for what customer service and professionalism should look like. In fact, she should be the regional trainer, every new associate should shadow her on inspections to understand what true quality service looks like.

If there’s any room for promotion, Carri more than deserves it. Promote her, Terminix - she’s a true asset to your company!

Nick is the best!! He’s been doing our service for over 12 years and we will never let anyone else do it but him. He’s super professional nice sweet and does a very good job. He definitely takes pride in his work. Terminix, you for sure have an asset on your hands. Nick is awesome!!❤️❤️

Andrew was my service provider and he did an amazing job. He was very productive and did all my necessary services. He had excellent customer service and he communicated with me through every step. From the time of arrival, down to the service I was getting and my problem areas. He was kind enough to take the time that was needed instead of rushing through. This is my second encounter with him and he’s the best guy for the job. I’d request for him to come back every single time if I could. I’ve never had anyone be as efficient as him. Slam dunk service for sure. I’d recommend his services to anyone in the future. And I’ve already referred him to my family and friends.

Service was done professionally and everything was explained well. He showed up on time and was very pleasant.
